The plane landed 35 kilometers off the coast of Hong Kong. The group was no roaming the streets.
"Right. That's fine. Please make sure the only ones aboard is us and the crew. Right, we don't want anymore victims." Mr. Joestar was making yet another phone call you were not sure what for. You crossed the street and made your way towards Jotaro and the others.
"Hey big guy. Want some rice porridge? Can't come to Hong Kong and not try our rice porridge and dim sum." A food stand owner tried to sell you and the others some porridge. "We have hot cola too."
"Rice porridge. Eh not bad. Did you know Unlike in Japan, rice porridge is a staple food in Hong Kong." Kakiyoin informed.
"Wow Kakiyoin, that's very interesting. I think I would like to have some. One bowl please I'll have a regular with pork." You placed your order.
"I too would like to have one bowl the popular way, with pork and a century egg." Kakiyoin added to the order.
"Coming right up!"
"In that case I'll have.." Avdol was cut off by a voice calling out to them.
"HEY! What are you guys trying to eat?" Mr. Joestar asked. "We're going to my old friends shop."
"Hey, dandy guy. Want to try some Hong Kong hot cola?"
"Hot? Everybody knows cola's supposed to be cold." Mr. Joestar scolded.
"Old man who were you just calling?"
"Hm? Oh, I'll explain everything when we get to the shop."
While sitting in the restaurant you all began to formulate a plan. "Traveling has become much more difficult. If we go by plane then innocent lives will be put at risk, that option has been ruled out." You explained.
"I agree, it's become impossible to fly to Egypt. Well have to get to Egypt by either land or sea." Mr. Joestar declared.
"I hear what your saying but, if we fail to meet DIO within 50 days.." The group fell silent.
"If we stayed on that plane we would probably be in Cairo by now and this would be over." Kakiyoin stated. Joseph continued to tell a story about a man who traveled only using trains in 80 days.
"As for the route we take. I say we go by sea." Mr. Joestar brought out an old map. You got excited once you saw the map. Your father used to always send postcards whenever he discovered something interesting in a new area on his work trips. You taped a map to your wall. You used pins to hang the postcards, pictures, and notes he sent, tracking his trips. It was a fun hobby of yours.
Jotaro darted his eyes in your direction. Your eyes lit up like those of an excited child's. When you looked up you swore you saw a small smile on his face. You reached over and pointed out the best route to take. "Since we are in Hong Kong if we go along this way pass Vietnam on a boat around to Malay peninsula, and across the Indian Ocean. We should be able to reach DIO." You glanced back up at everyone with a smile on your face.
"I think that is the best way to go as well. If we go by land, borders will be an issue." Avdol agreed with your statement.
"I haven't been to any of those places using either route, so I can't say anything." Kakiyoin mentioned. Jotaro just shook his head yes in agreement.
"Then it's decided. The greatest danger that we face will be the stand users DIO sends against us. Well have to do our best to get to Egypt without being spotted." Mr. Joestar concluded putting away the map.
You felt a weird presence. As if you were being watched. You turned your head and spotted a silvered hair man with a weird hair style. You flashed him a kind welcoming smile and went back to focusing on the task at hand. Lunch.
