Severus sat down on his bed and Lucius sat in front of him. "What is it sev?" he asked concerned.
"I've been hanging out with lily
Everybody thinks were dating
Cause I spend my weekends hanging at her dorm
She's apart of the cheer team
Top of her class and she's prom queen
When we study potions she unbuttons her blouse
But I've got a secret I must confess
Its not her laugh or the way she dress
She's not the reason I've been thinking about love.
Every weekend when we hang out i lose my cool when he's around
And I don't know if this is just a crush
How do I find the words to tell her.
I'm in love with James Fleamont Potter" he says looking down. Lucius stares in shock for a minuet before smiling. " I have an idea sing this tomorrow at breakfast and if it all goes wrong well so be it" he says. Sev nods and they go to bed.
The next day
It was currently breakfast and Severus just got up on the table he looked at the headmaster who seemed to know what's going on as he nodded. Severus took a deep breath.

I'm in love with James fleamont potter" he said finishing looking at James. He then gets off the table and runs out of the hall. He runs all the way to the black lake.
He sat down and started crying the look of disgust on Peter and Sirius face the look of shock on Remus and James face and the look of betrayal on lily's face. That's what hurt the most is that. He just kept sobbing they where racking his body. He felt like he was about to pass out when someone hugged him. He thought it was Lucius at first until he heard a voice he didn't think he would hear. "Shh its ok I promise." it was Lupin. "What do you want Lupin?" he said his voice still thick with tears. "No I don't, you didn't do anything but tell James how you felt." Severus nodded and kept crying. He felt so hurt. After a few minutes he got passed onto someone else.
"Hey sev it's me James, I figured I should tell you that I don't find anything wrong with you liking me in fact I like you back so Severus Tobias Snape will you be my boyfriend?" he asked Severus lifted his head and nodded then kissed James. James was shocked but kissed back. After they broke apart they both looked at each other then smiled. James got up and pulled Severus up. "What took you so long?" asked Remus as they where walking back to the castle. James smiled faltered. "Sirius and Peter yelled at me saying how wrong it was and how I shouldn't go after sev because he was gross and etc. lily yelled at me saying I should stay with her considering she was the one I'm supposed to love. Eventually I lost me temper and yelled at them to shut up, and ran out here." he said, then smiled at Severus. Severus smiled back.
15 years later
Unfortunately the Sirius, Peter, and Lily never got there head screwed on staring and stopped talking to them all together. James and Severus got married and had Harry James Potter and Lyra Ara Potter. Remus married Regulus and had Teddy Remus Lupin and Gemma Jade Lupin. Both family's where on the train station watching there oldest in each family get on the train. Harry was going to Hogwarts this year and Teddy was going to Hogwarts this year. "Be safe" said Severus and Regulus at the same time. "Cause mischief" said Remus and James at the same time. Then all four said in sync. "And don't get caught". The two smiled and nodded then got on the train and the whistle gave it last blow and puff of smoke before it went away. Severus leaned his head on James shoulder imagine if he had never done what he did. He smiled and just hugged James tighter.
A/N: ah yes I know there already is a James x Severus chapter but I wanted another one also Voldemort didn't exist in this one either I will have ones he does exist but those will be more sad and depressing ones anyway, with Voldemort not existing that means Regulus didn't die.
