Be careful [Chapter 7]

Max's POV

I woke up because I heard a loud noise coming from the kitchen. I just found myself lying in the bed.

"Ouch!!" That's Brake's voice. So I run to check him if him fine.

"Are you okay is something wrong?" I saw Brake holding his left hand.

"Napaso lang ako habang nagluluto"Brake said and smiled at me.

"Ayan kase di ka nag iingat Brake e,napaso ka tuloy"I uttured habang hinihihipan ang napaso niyang kamay.

"Let's put ice on it"Dagdag ko habang kumuha ng yelo at ng nonstick sterile bandage .

"This will make you feel better Brake.Mag iingat ka den kase." I smiled and walk towards his bedroom until his words makes me stuck in my position.

"When you're around everything feels better Max" Brake said and suddenly I can feel my chest banging so hard, I can also feel a butterflies in my stomach. Am I inlove with Brake??

"Ha ano? Ano sinasabi mo jan"Tumawa nalang ako at nagpatay malisya sa mga sinabi niya.

"Wala sabi ko tapos na itong niluluto ko"Brake said as turn off the stove.

We ate quietly. It's a bit awkward I think because of what Brake said earlier.

"Alam mo favorite ko to na dish ng lola ko?" I smiled and look at him.

"Eto niluluto niya tuwing may special occasion kami o kaya may mga bisita na nagpupunta sa bahay." I added

"You must have been missing your grandmother so much huh?"Brake said while chewing his food.

"Oo naman yesss. Miss na miss ko na lola ko. Pakiramdam ko sila lang ni mama ang nagmamahal sa akin ng sobra sobra. Kahit di kami mayaman nagawa akong iluwas dito para makapagtapos ako"I uttered as hold back my tears.

"Madami pang magmamahal sayo Max. Baka hindi pa dumadating or anjan na di mo lang napapansin."Brake said

"Bilisan mo kumain Ms.Abad baka malate tayo HAHAHHAHA."he added and chuckle.

Gumayak na kami after we ate our breakfast. I was about to tie my shoes when Brake came out o the bathroom topless. Hindi ko namalayang nakatitig na pala ako sa kanya.

"Hello Max Hellooo" He snap his finger in front of me and that time I realized na nakita niya na akong nakatingin sa kaniya.

"You can wear my old P.E. uniform. Maliit na saken yan and I think it suits you." Brake added.

"A-ano kaba bat ka lumalabas dito ng topless"I grumbled as I cover my eyes.

"Just take this.. parang di naman kita nakitang nakatitig sa abs ko kanina."Panloloko ni Brake bagay na ikinapula ng pisngi ko. I feel my cheeks burning omggg.

"You jerk.. I don't like gay" I chuckled and stand up from the bed to change my clothes when suddenly Brake grab my waist and cornered me.

"Pag sinabi mo pang bakla ako hahalikan na kita."I closed my eyes for it was like I was waiting for Brake to kiss me but instead of kissing me he laugh.

"That was just a warning Ms. Abad fyi I'm not gay" Brake walk away and put his uniform on.

I rushed to the bathroom and locked the door.
Ano ka ba Max wag ka mafafall sa mokong yun.Tandaan mo he was just a friend Max he loves he's childhood crush he's first love ano ba..

All of the sudden Brake knock on the door.

"Max okay kalang ba jan.5 minutes ka nang anjan ahh"

"Just a minute patapos na ako" I brushed my hair and braid my hair.

"Done" I came out to the bathroom and I saw Brake smiled at me.

"O anong nakain mo at nagsuklay at nag ayos ka ng buhok ha" he laughed and tap me in the head.

"W-wala panget ba? aalisin ko na garod" I said as I was about to untie my hair when Brake hold my hands.

"I think you look pretty Max"Brake uttered.

"T-thank you Brake".

Brake and I went to the nearest bus stop so we can go to the Beaugard University.
