Third Person Desc. :

Two months had passed since Orisia had left and Xidorn had figured out that everyone was in a gang. Xidorn and Reign had grown closer, Eros might forever be a third wheel at this rate. Orisia had managed to be able to take control of the human mind more easily, but anything larger ended in her being really worn out or passing out for days and once two weeks. She never remembered if days had passed or if it had only been a matter of hours or minutes. Orisia had dyed her hair purple and just accepted her life situation at that point and has also turned 20.

Orisia POV:

I woke up, Cade nowhere to be seen, which seemed to happen nearly every day at this point. I shrugged, getting up out of bed. I changed with a twirl, my new outfit appearing on, changing by magic. I smiled lightly in the mirror, letting my hair pin itself up with my new triangle pin, it was nearly identical to the moon one except it was- well, a triangle. I turned, heading for the briefing room, looking for something to do.

I was looking for Cade when I entered, I spotted Rhysand and nodded respectfully, remembering something painful before quickly shutting it down. I followed Rhysand into the briefing room for another assignment.

"This seems to frequent, are you sure you're alright, Orisia?" Rhysand asked, studying me. I shrugged, "I guess, I just don't like to sit still for too long, I guess." I mumbled the last part, then looked back up at him. "What do you have for me? Also, did Cade go out on assignment?" Rhysand sighed at the fact I was asking two questions at once, but answered them, "We don't have anything for you to do in the field, but I'd like you to try something new with your element for me. And Cade did go out this morning." I nodded, looking around, "What do you want me to try?" I asked, knowing new skills were always difficult at first. "I was thinking you could add something on top of mind control. Is it possible to crush someone's consciousness?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. I thought about it, "Yes... It wouldn't be very difficult, actually. If you had a hold on someone's mind, it's difficult to keep from accidentally slipping and destroying the conscious mind." I said, letting the explanation come out. He nodded, but I knew he hadn't understood a single word I'd just said. I'd been given an assignment, I was to shut down a high-risk target named Jason Songbird. The Songbird line would die with him, but I was to leave no trace I'd been there at his usual haunt.

I arrived shortly before 7:30pm, finding a nice seat in the back that overlooked the whole club. My hood was up, and I was scanning the area for Mr. Songbird. He should be entering by 7:45pm if the information I'd been given wasn't faulty. He would take his usual seat near the bar and order a martini. I checked my watch, just barely 7:30, I had time to spare. I leaned back and watched the entrance of the club, waiting for him. Rhysand had set me up for a meeting, but it was a private meeting that he  would probably only tell his bodyguard, Mace, about.

As I was watching the door, I saw several familiar faces just as the clock struck 7:44pm, I narrowed my eyes slightly, making sure my hood obscured my face completely. Reign didn't know I'd started taking assignments, and I wanted it to stay that way, which would be hard seeing as she was here now. I also recognized Xidorn and Eros, but was surprised to see both of their wings out.

I saw my target walk in and nod discreetly towards me where I sat, I nodded back. I sat back, now that he was here, all I had to do was not be noticed with him. I didn't get up, not wanting to draw attention, so instead, I waited for him to come over and take a seat before I lowered my hood, totally ignoring the fact that Reign, Eros, and Xidorn were all here, there was no way they recognized me with my newly dyed hair.

"Mr. Songbird, it's a pleasure." I said, giving him a smile. "Ah, it is indeed, you must be the client from Hurricane." I nodded, I honestly liked this man, he seemed very formal and precise. "I hope you've been informed of our concerns, Rhysand only wants the best for our kind, after all." Even if you're not part of it, I finished in my head, still smiling. He, meanwhile nodded, "Yes, of course. I was the first gifted from the gods, after all. I'm sure your boss would love to learn more, especially since he also uses the element of fire." I nodded patiently, scanning the room behind him, seeing that nobody was watching I turned back to him. I slowly narrowed my eyes, putting a mental clamp over his mind, and I whispered, "I'm sorry it had to be this was Jason. I really did like you." Right before I crushed his conscious, and he fell over onto the table, I pulled my hood back up and teleported back out to me and Cade's room.
