Orisia POV :I woke up with a bad feeling in my gut. I checked to see if Cade was here and he was not. Maybe that had something to do with it. Or maybe it had to do with my twin's warning. I shivered, wanting to forget about that. I took a deep breath and teleported to the training area. I was kind of bored with practice, but something bad was going to happen today, I could feel it. I didn't really want to train, but I was searching for Caerwyn, since Cade wasn't here. I spotted her easily, walking quickly over.
When I got there she said, "Is it my turn to be mind controlled or something, Orisia?" My eyes widened, "No, nothing like that, Caerwyn! I just wanted to ask if you had a bad feeling about anything..." She raised an eyebrow, "I Have a bad feeling about what you're about to say, if that counts." I shook my head. "I visited Camellia a few days ago and I can't get what she said out of my head. I just feel like something big and awful is going to happen today." Caerwyn put a hand on my shoulder and I flinched, her eyes were soft, "Hey, don't let it get to your head. If something big and bad happens, you- no we- will be able to stop it. Together. Alright?" She said, smiling slightly. I looked into her eyes and nodded slowly. "Thanks, Wyn." I said, letting myself smile. I was more used to Caerwyn than Reign at this point, but I'd known Wyn longer so I guess it made sense. I put my hand on hers, which was still on my shoulder, "This is why we became friends in the first place." I said, still smiling. She laughed, "Yeah, probably." Her eyes were soft, protective, even. I wasn't too surprised to see that, a lot of people used to think I needed to be protected, but if what Cam said was true... I'd need protecting for a long period of time. I shook off the feeling and nodded one more time to Caerwyn before turning to go practise on any volunteers, since I didn't want to accidentally hurt Caerwyn.
Not long after I'd started practicing, I felt my phone buzz and I sighed. Releasing Nova's mind and pulling it out to check the text.
Please come back to the dorm. It's urgent.
I stared at it for a minute, afraid of what urgent could mean. Maybe I was right, maybe Camellia was right. I sighed, not even sending back a text and appearing in the main room. I figured if it were important, then everyone else would already know. "Tell me what's so urgent, Reign." I said, looking over at her. I spotted Xidorn leaning against the balcony door while on the balcony, and I didn't see Eros in the room. "Apophis. Wyvern. School. Destruction." She said, and my eyes widened. I smiled, my eyes closing, we would win this! I already knew that from Cam! I laughed, probably sounding like a psychopath, and looking like one for that matter, but I was just that shocked. "What's so funny?" Reign said, raising an eyebrow at me. "I- I may have a twin who can see the future, that's what!" I said, sounding way too joyous about that, but I went on, "I can take it down. I swear I know what I'm doing. Well, not take it down exactly, but make it leave, if that makes sense." I said, rushing through the sentence, not even letting myself care about the aftermath for myself. I may end up in a coma, but who cared? I could save this school, and my friends. "She saw one future." Reign said, "There are many futures that could play out, Orisia." I shook my head as she did, "Oh no, at least let me give it a shot. If all goes well, then I win, nothing to worry about, if not, well, I'll probably be dead, but at least I tried right?" My voice no longer sounded as happy as before, I'd dropped to a more serious note. "Orisia. We're coming with." I shrugged as she said it. "That's fine by me. I've been training for something like this. But just so you know, I never want to hear anything about this conversation again, it's almost like it never happened." I said, looking away from her and feeling terrible, I had lied a little bit, but I probably could do it. I just had to believe in my own capabilities. I heard Reign sigh. "How long do we have before it comes?" I asked, still not looking at her. I finally glanced at her long enough to see her shake her head. She didn't know. I thought for a moment. "If you really want to come, meet me on the rooftop in ten." I said teleporting to the roof.
