School was going great for Demi. She had ran into Selena during class changes and now it was 3rd block,so they decided to walk to Mr. Valderrama's class together. “Hello Miss Gomez and Miss Lovato.” Mr. Valderrama nodded his head at the girls.

“Miss Lovato,you can sit next to Selena, until I rearrange the seating chart.” Demi followed Selena to her desk, “Ain’t he dreamy?” Selena gushed over her teacher. “Is he married?” Demi opened up her notebook, where she keeping all her school papers at.

In seconds the classroom filled up with students, some Demi realized from her classes. The last bell rang which meant class has started.

“Welcome everyone,” Mr. Valderrama closed his hands together, “This is algebra II. To all the guys that think this class is easy, good luck.” Wilmer sat on the corner of his desk, Demi kept her brown eyes on him.

“I know you guys wouldn’t like to do work on the first day of school,so we’re going to get to know each other because we have 5 months here together, so I think we need to learn each other’s names.” Demi gulped, she hated talking in public.

"We’re going in alphabetical order. You’re first.” Mr. Valderrama’s eyes landed on a blonde headed boy. He stood up, “Hey everybody..My name is Cody Linley..” he fixed his hair, “And what do you like to do,Mr. Linley?”

“I like to play..uh video games.” Cody nodded, some of the guys chuckled, “Of course. Most guys your ages are involved in video games.”  There were a couple of people before Demi,then when it became Demi, she got nervous.

“H-H-Hi...I’m Demetria Lovato...and I like to..” Demi stopped, did she want to tell people she likes to read? Does she risk being laughed at?

“I like to read.” she went for it, there were some chuckles, but not much like Cody got. “What do you like to read?” Mr. Valderrama seemed interested, “Pandemonium…” she blushed, “I love that trilogy.

Wilmer has an interests in books? Too bad he’s a bit old and...her teacher.

“Do you have the last book?” Mr. Valderrama grinned, “No..I’m trying to save money for it.” Demi nodded, “I have the last book, I’ll let you borrow it.” he gave Demi a wink as Demi sat down, “I told you he was very cool.” Selena winked at me.

Once everyone introduce themselves, Mr. Valderrama introduced himself and explained what will be happening in the class and his expectations. This all seemed easy for Demi, but maybe she didn’t want easy,she wanted it to be hard so Mr.Valderrama could tutor her.

This was all brand new to Demi. She never felt this way.

Class ended shortly and lunch time began, Selena offered Demi to sit next to her at lunch and that she did, Selena introduced Demi to all her friends.

School ended at 3:30 and Demi got on the bus.

Demi ran inside her house before the bus could make a complete stop, “Hey honey,how was school?” Demi’s mom was making dinner, “I need to go shopping! I need to get rid of these bangs! I want to color my hair! I want to look Latina!” Demi stomped her foot.

“What made you act like this?” her mom put down her spatula and went over to her, “Nothing, I just...I want a change..Please...let me change!” Demi hugged her, “If you be okay if Dallas takes you to do all those things..”

Demi groaned and looked at Dallas, “Mom!” Dallas put her magazine down, “Please,sissy?!”

“Fine.” With that Dallas took Demi to get a makeover, Demi couldn’t believe she’s doing this for a teacher. What’s wrong with her?

So it's been a while.. I decided that the rest of the chapters won't be 3rd person because it is hard work and I think 1st person will make it more better.
