Fred, George, and I grab the snacks and head back down to the Gryffindor common room where a crowd of different houses had started to gather. We dumped the food on a nearby table and joined the crowd. Students chatted back and forth with their friends casually. There was a light tap on my shoulder and I turned.

Harry grinned at me, "Hey!"

"Hi Harry!"

"Fancy seeing you here."

"Oh, yeah Fred and George invited me."

"I don't doubt it."

We had to yell to hear each other over the loud music and chattering of the other students.

"Did Cedric come too?" Harry asked.

I stood on the tips of my toes trying to see above the see of people, "I don't know, maybe." i searched the crowd, "I don't see him."

Harry shrugged, "Well you can come hang out with me, Ron, and Hermione if you want."

I smiled, "Sure."

Harry guided me over to the overstuffed armchairs by the fire where Ron and Hermione were sitting.

When Ron saw me he sat up, "Oh hi Y/N!"

"Hey Ron." .

I turned to Hermione, "You must be Hermione."

She smiled, "That's me."

"I'm Y/N."

She laughed , "I know! Ron and Harry talk an awful lot about you."

Ron kicked her from his armchair as I giggled, "Well I hope I live up to whatever they've told you."

"Well then I guess you have a lot of room to work cause they really don't know you well enough to say much other than..."

Ron kicked her again, "Shut up Hermione!" he muttered, frustrated.

"Oi! Fine just stop kicking me you twat!"

I laughed, "Yeah jeez Ron."

His ears turned pink and he slumped in his chair.

A warm hand gripped my shoulder and I almost jumped. I spun around, ready to hit whoever it was directly in the face, only to find Fred smiling down at me.

"Trying to steal my guest already huh? He asked Harry, Ron, and Hermione playfully.

Ron rolled his eyes, "Well you kind of left her alone."

"I was getting drinks." Fred said as he handed me a goblet of butterbeer.

I thanked him has I took making he winked at me.

"Well I'll be stealing her back now." Fred stated as he grabbed my arm and dragged me away.

When we got to the middle of the common room he turned back to me, "May I have this dance?" He asked jokingly, waggling his eyebrows.

I laughed, "Sure Fred."

He scrunched his eyebrows, "I'm not Fred I'm George!"

I laughed again, "No you're not Fred, I can tell you two apart so don't even try that little trick on me."

His eyes widened, "How?"

I grinned, "I'll never tell."

He smirked before pulling me to the dance floor. I giggled as he spun me in circles. He did his little goffy dance around the whole floor, dragging me with him. Then he spun me out away from him and I made eye contact with someone I never expected to see at a Gryffindor party. My smiling face turned to one of shock at the sight of Draco. What was he doing here? He was staring daggers at Fred with his jaw set. Fred spun me back to him and I swiveled my head to look back at Draco, but he had disappeared. I searched the sea of heads for him but he was just gone. After the song ended Fred and I went to go grab some snacks. Cedric was leaning against the table with all the food on it.

I smiled, "Hey Ced!"

He grinned back at me, "Hey! I'm actually about to leave if you want to come with me." He shrugged.

I nodded, "Yeah I think I will I'm actually kind of tired."

I said goodbye to Fred and followed Cedric out of the party and back to the Hufflepuff common room where I collapsed on my bed and fell asleep instantly.
