Raiven Lee's POV:
"Do you know where our younger brother is?" I asked Rian again.
"Ah yeah. He went to me to tell that he's going home two hours ago."
"So most probably, he's at home now?"
"Yeah.. Most probably. Did you suspect him already?"
"There's no one else I could suspect rather than him.."
"Okay.. I'll go talk to our cousin about this." Rian finished off her snack and stood up.
"Thanks." I said as we went on separate ways.
"Anytime Drev!"
Now back to business.. Reagan... I don't know what I can do to you.
After an hour, I arrived at our house. I took a deep breath and continued.
"Ow..Raiven.... Why didn't you ask our driver to fetch you?" It was our house steward.
"I got to hurry up. And anyway, Rian needs him more than I do." I answered. "Is Reagan here now?"
"Yes yes.. He's been here for a while now. And he's in his room." The house steward replied.
"Thank you. I'll see you around."
I continued to Reagan's room and knocked.
"Who's there?" It was Reagan.
"It's your brother." I immediately replied to him.
The place became silent for a while and then the door of Reagan's room opened.
"D-do you need something?" He wore his glasses.
Reagan was staring at me... Seemed like he was so frightened.. So he already realized that he did something wrong, huh?
I looked away from him.. Trying to think what I should do to a naive kid like my brother.
I slowly turned to him again. This time, he moved backwards a little.. Reagan looked scared.
"It's kinda obvious that you're the one who told her, am I right?" I tried to calm myself down.
"I am very sor--"
"Why did you tell her? What for?"
He just stared at me. Stared like a little kid who doesn't know what to do or to say.
"What's good about telling that to her?!" I raised my voice.
"I'm just doing a.." Reagan answered in a soft voice.
"A what? A test? Why did you do this again, Reagan? What are you trying to prove?!"
"I just want to find out if the girl you love is worthy! I don't want to leave my brother with a girl who just wastes everything!" Reagan shouted with tears.
So, this was what he's trying to do.. At the end, my little brother was just trying to protect this fragile heart of mine... What was I thinking of? Why did I suspect him in a bad manner? What kind of an older brother am I anyway?
"Reagan..."
"What?"
"I owe you an apology."
"I don't accept your ---"
I went closer and hugged him.. This kid...Has a mind which is full of complicated plans.
"Eh??"
"I'm sorry."
Reagan slightly pushed me away..
"Bake me some cookies!" He screamed.
"What?! Why you little brat---?" We both laughed.. Laughed like there's no ending.
Jaydee Springfield's POV:
Ehhh?!! I can't sleep!!! It's because I kept on thinking about "that" problem!! This is crap!! >.<
