Secrets Unfolded

For the First Time in Forever, I get a Nightmare!

I had never really had nightmares, I've only had one, and I was 6. But this time, it was a sign.

I was running through the forest, trying to escape the world-eater. I tripped over the corpse of my father, RedScale, and twisted my ankle in a very disturbing position. I heard his roar, and I remembered the Kings that he had slain, he had killed many. I saw that he had two limp bodies, one of the Sky Army's King, King Sky, and the body of King Maximus. I looked in terror as he devoured both bodies, and the Squid King's tentacles wrapped we and began to constrict me. My heart stopped beating, and I fell limp on the ground, it was over, the Bane of Kings had slain every dragon and mortal. The mortal races and dragon specimen were extinct, and I was the last one to die...

I woke up screeching and panting. Everyone else woke up due to my terrifying screech. "What's wrong?" My sister asked. "Bad dream" I replied, still panting.
