(This story will mainly be from Alistair's pov. Like I said before this story with have blood and mature themes.)

Alistair's pov
I was in a dark ally and the chase was on. I was so close to catching him.
"You won't get anyway that easy you sick bastard." I said in a low growl.
The ally ended and it was time to end this.
"Your time is up. Any last words?" I ask as my eyes turned and the claws came out of my hands.
The man backed into the wall and tears fell.
"Please let me life. I'm begging you. I promise I'll change. It will never happen again." He cried.
I looked him in the eyes. I don't believe him. People like him never change. People like him make me fucking sick.
"What you did to those kids can never be forgiven. You don't deserve a second chance. That's why your death is going to be slow and painful. Your afterlife will be hell." I said as I grabbed by his throat and slammed him into the wall.
His eyes water and the fear grew stronger.
"You're going to hell too if you kill me." The man mumbled.
I let out a laugh before going back to serious face.
"I'm already going there." I smirked.
I placed my claw on his stomach and slowly cut up to his throat and release him. I seen the blood coming out of his body. I put my claws away and my eyes changed back normal. Now to go handle those kids. I walked away and left him there.

I walked back to the semi-truck and opened the door on the trailer. There was at least 20 children hurtled in the back on the truck.
"Come on out of there. You're safe now." I said to them.
A small boy with tears in his open came crawling forward.
"A-are you the man you brought us? Please don't hurt us." The small kid cried.
This made me so sick.
"No. I didn't buy anyone. Now go on. You're safe. Go home to your family. That evil man will no longer hurt you." I said.
"R-really? Thank you, Mister." The little boy tried to hug me.
I don't do hug. I push him back alittle.
"Listen kid. Remember you didn't see me here. Shhhh?" I said as I place my finger over my mouth.
The boy nodded his head.
"Now I have to go. Be brave little one. The police station is not far from here. Take the next right then a left and your there. You're a strong kid. You made it this far. You can make it there and make sure all the other make it there safe too. Can you do that?" I ask.
The small boy nodded.
"Oh remember I was never here." I said as I walked off into the dark.

I walked back home and opened the door to see my sister little Mara. She was looking dead at me.
"Where the hell have you been?" Mara ask.
I rolled my eyes at her.
"None of your business. You should be in bed young lady." I said.
"I'm 18. You're not my boss. I believe it is my business. You killed again. You have blood on your hands! Who was it this time?" Mara ask.

I let out a deep breath and look at her.
"It was a child trafficer. There was at least 20 children. He had to pay for what he done. Those children had marks and bruises. They were scares. I had to safe them. It's my job." I said.
"That's aweful. Father will be proud to know you sent him another evil soul." Mara said.
"I guess so." I said as I walked off.
"Hey where are you going?" Mara ask.
"To bed. I'm tired." I said.
"Wait?" Mara said.
I stopped and looked at her.
"Tomorrow Becca is having a pool party to celebrate going to college. She invited me. It would be nice if my big brother tags along. It'll be fun. You know my first day of college is Monday." Mara said as started squealing.
"I'll think about coming. I'm going to bed." I said as I walked off.

I go into my room and change out of my bloody clothes into something alittle more comfortable. I like over at the picture on my dresser. It was a picture of me, my mom, my sister, and half brother. I closed my eyes and took in a deep breath. Why did you have leave us? Mara and I miss you mom.
"Alot of your mind son?" I heard my father's voice say.
I turned and looked at the blurry shadow in the corner on my room.
"No. Everything is fine father." I said.
"You're lying. Don't lie to me!" Father said as strikes me with his claws.
"I'm sorry! I miss mother. Why did she leave us?" I said.
Father hit me again with his claws.
"You're not a real demon..... oh wait? Don't tell me your human emotions are getting in the way? Are they? You're so weak." Father said.
I don't know what to do? Do I lie or tell the truth?
"You're right. I need to be stronger. I'll try harder father. I promise. But I do have some good news. I ended an evil soul today." I said as I looked down.
"At least you finally did something right. I have to go now. I don't want to hear you whining about your human emotions again. Got it?" Father said.
"Wait father? Before you go I want to ask you? Is it ok if Mara doesn't became an evil soul hunter like Zac and I? I mean I know she's a demon but she has so much more life to live. I want my baby sister to be happy. Please don't make her do it." I said as I got down on my knees.
"Well.... She is my only baby girl. So fine. I'll let it be her choice if she wants to be a hunter or not. And Alistair if you talk your brother tell him I'm proud of him for going on that gang hunt. There will be lots of evil souls for me to torture." Father said.
"Thank you Father. As you wish father." I said.
Father disappeared into the shadows.  I get up off of my knees and went to bed. I laid down and looked at the wall. As my thoughts came over me.
Why does father see Zac as so perfect? He's always seen him as this perfect little demon. He's never yelled at Zac or hit him once. But he always takes his anger out on me and punishes me for no good reason. I hate it so much. I wish he would actually care about me alittle bit. I started to close my eyes.

(I hoped you enjoyed the first chapter. If you're curious how Alistair and Zac are half brothers. And Alistair and Mara are full. Here's a quick summary. Alistair's mom had him first. Alistair's father then got Alistair's mom's roommate pregnant. She died at child birth so Alistair's mom raised Zac too. Last Mara was born a few years later. I'll explain more on this topic later.)
