therapy shit.

-this is inspired by Steven Universe Future Mental Health-
Tommy desperately needed therapy, after him being through wars at only 9, exiled when he was 13, and loosing him home, getting manipulated by a green bastard.
Puffy, Captain Puffy, was the therapist of the server, he just recently tried getting an appointment, and with good luck, she accepted.
Tommy was on his way to go see his friend, trying to mentally prepare himself for what he's gonna tell her.
Puffy was waiting, she knew that Tommy was incredibly mentally ill. She knew what she was up for, she really wanted to help the kid.
Eventually Tommy reached Puffy's therapy office, knocking on the door, "Come in, Tommy" he could feel the smile on her face already.
Tommy walked inside, then grabbed a chair to try get comfortable for what's happening next.
After a bit of explaining how he feels, and what he feels when he's always getting interrupted or ignored,
"You've seemed to go through miraculous recoveries, but that doesn't change the fact you've experienced trauma,
you've healed physically, but have you recovered mentally?"
Tommy felt his face go in a shock,
"You think there's something wrong with my brain..?!"
"N-Not wrong, it's that adversed childhood experiences or childhood trauma
can have a lasting impact, on how you're body responds to stress.
This can effect your social, emotional and physical development. When humans are in crisis the brain releases hormone cortisol, you're heart races, you're muscles tense.-
Tommy, do you remember anything bad in you're childhood, that particularly stuck with you?"
Tommy flinched, he didn't wanna answer that.
"I,I guess..I kinda freaked out when Dream stole my discs,
And then I got attacked by my brother, Techno in a pit, and I got exiled from my home, twice.-
I lost control of myself and almost self-committed. I had gotten into a duel with Dream and died-
Tubbo almost died, Wilbur did die, He also got destabilized tight infront of my eyes,
I woke up with an black eye in prison-"
Puffy looked surprised, she didn't know.
"T,Tommy, this is serious!"
"But that was just some of the early stuff!"
