CJ is a Were Raccoon due to The Portal to The Over The Hedge World that her and RJ went through. If the portal effected CJ then it can effect RJ. So, they're both Were Raccoons. CJ like a real Werewolf can turn People and Animals into Were Raccoons.
Side Effect.
CJ- I found a side effect to the portal opening and sucked me and RJ into The Over The Hedge World and The Real World. I'm a Were Raccoon now.
CJ- Wait, If the portal effected me then it can effect RJ. Right? So, we're both Were Raccoons.
