Chapter 02

"Okay, class is dismissed" i heard someone shouted from the whiteboard, who else could there be? Yea, my lecture teachers.

Tomorrow is a weekend but I sweared there's nothing to be happy about it, my teachers gave us like bunches of homework's and project to do, so literally nothing much to be happy about it.

I started packing my stuff into my backpack not going to waste more time in this seat.

Unlike other students who got picked up in front of the lobby with sorts of fancy cars, i need to walk several minutes to the bus stop, and took the bus as my only transportation other than my bike.

The bus stopped at a station near a small coffee shop, i got off the bus, then i entered that coffee shop, not as a customer, but as waitress. Yes, i worked there as my part time job everyday except weekends. I opened the cafè door and the bell rang as usual, im always greeted with a warm smile coming from the middle aged woman in front of me, shes the owner of the coffee shop, she's caring, kind, sometimes i felt like shes my own mother.

Kang seulgi, a 55 years old woman, the only person i could trust, and i loved. She knows all about me, what i have been through, about my past, and the way i think her as my own mother.

And from what i know about her is that, she had 2 son, seulgi really want a daughter, so i could be hers, and we both agreed and acts as what a family should be. Our relationship is so good just like a mother and daughter.

I quickly changed my clothes to the coffee shop uniform and my name tag is written clearly there,

It goes as usual nothing seems odd, i served my customers as how they want, and they thanked me, making me smile, telling myself that i did a great job.

Its 10pm now, and its time for me to go back home, usually seulgi will walks me home, but today, she's busy.

"Haera, im sorry i cant walk you home as usual, i have something to do with my family, be careful okay? If something happened to you, call me" seulgi talked to me while busy packing her stuff

"Yea its okay mom, im an adult now, so it'll be fine." I replied and yes i do call her mom, and shes fine with it.

I walked out of the coffee shop, and the places around are honestly dark, theres only few dim light lighting up the streets. I saw the bus station right in front of me, and theres more people there waiting for the bus just like me. The bus arrived and it's surprisingly quite empty, so i took a seat nearest to the bus door. It took around 10 minutes to arrive at my destinations.

The bus stopped at a place which is way darker, theres fewer light which is obviously makes it darker, and well..... thats my districts, i had never felt this scared before because seulgi is always there, walking me home, but this time iam alone.

I walked again, towards my small rented house, or it could be said as a dormitory.

I stopped my way for awhile, from a far i saw 2 mini figure, and it looks like a man, both of them wore a solid black that almost made them invisible. I just stopped as where i were, observing every single move they made, just incase if both of them are kidnappers or whatever it is that would harm me.

The more i observe, the more i know but confused as well, it seems like both of them doesn't know each other, and its also seems like the man in front doesn't know that he's being followed, or maybe its his friends. I got confused over this.... funny, i got bothered so much.

I freezes at my place, processing what the hell just happened in front of me. both of them are fighting, and it seems like none of them going to give up any soon. It'd be a lies if i said that i dont hear any loud thud, groaning pain, and noises.
