Chapter 29

~The Next Day~

You woke up to your alarm clock waking you up, letting out a soft sigh, you stood up and strectched. You walked into the bathroom, dragging your feet and rubbing your eyes as you were a lil sleepy.

Walking into the bathroom you sighed softly and took your clothes off, getting into the shower, closing you eyes as you felt the hot water hitting your body. You took a deep breath before grabbing the soap and wash cloth, washing your body. Rinsing off the soap and getting out of the shower, you grabbed your towel wrapping it around your body making your way to your sink.

You quickly brushed your teeth before drying off and getting dressed. You went into your room putting your hair into a high ponytail, before sitting down by your desk. You did a light makeup look. Getting up and going to the kitchen afterwards, you make yourself some toast, completing your morning routine once you finished eating it.

You look up at the wall mounted clock and saw that you need to get going or else you'll be late. Going to the door you put on your shoes, grabbing your keys that were hanging by the door as well as your coat since it's quite chilly out. You start walking to school.

You plug your earphones into your phone, putting them into your ears as you started playing music. You turn it up quite high. You were in your thoughts as you were walking not noticing the car pulling up beside. it was not until you felt a hand touch your shoulder, that caused you to stop, Frightened that it might be a stranger, you get ready to defend yourself. Turning around about to hit the person you sigh seeing it was none other than the one and only Jeon Jungkook.

You looked at him with a cold and serious look on your face.

Y/n: What is it Jeon?

Jungkook: Well if you were listening at all to what I was saying, which you cleary didn't, I offered you a ride to school, but seeing you didn't hear me I'll ask again. Would you like a ride to school?

You stayed quiet and looked at him as he took his offer into considiration as school was still quite the walking distance from you and it looked like it was gonna soon. You let out a heavy sigh and slowly nodded. You made your way to the passenger seat and got in as he softly smiled and got into the drivers seat. You put on your seatbelt as Jungkook did the same once he was seated too. Putting the keys back into the ignition he started the car.

He started driving to school as you just sat there staring out of the car window. It had started to rain, really heavily aswell so you were honestly quite glad you took Jungkook up on his offer. You watched as the droplets fell onto the window, watching them have a race down just like you always use to as a kid.

Halfway and the ride was quiet until Jungkook turned on the radio and started playing some music. You closed your eyes listening to the music, feeling quite relaxed. Except for the music the car was still silent as well as the rain drops hitting the car. Once the current playing song finished, your favourite song that shared with Jungkook started playing as you opened your eyes and looked at him, only to see him smiling.

Jungkook: Remember this song?

He asked still smiling. glancing at you. You couldn't help but to smile and nod.

Y/n: How could I forget?

You couldn't help but giggle as he chuckled, you looked at him smiling.

Jungkook: You know I really missed you while you were gone *he sighed and glanced at you*

Y/n: *You let out a scoff lookig away from him* Then you shouldn't have led me to leaving in the first place!

Jungkook: I'm sorry, okay? I regret it! I really do! I was foolish and stupid enough to believe HyunA.

Y/n: You believed some slut over me! Your childhood best friend! Do you know the amount the amount of hurt and pain I fucking went through?! All because of you believing some girl over me! *You yelled sighing* stop the car.

Jungkook: I'm not letting you walk in this weather

Y/n: I SAID STOP THE CAR *you yelled out louder than before, trying to open the door, but Jungkook locked it*

Jungkook: I said I'm not letting you walk in the rain.

You huffed and crossed your arms and just stared out of the window.

After awhile the two of you reached the school and got out of the car as soon as Jungkook unlocked the doors and you grabbed your bag. You started making your way inside and went to your lockers swapping out your books before going to your first class.
