Chapter 34

You left the campus grounds and walked to your car. You decided to skip the rest of the day as you weren't in the mood to face either Jungkook or Maya after what you just witnessed. 

You got your bag off of your back and searched for your car keys, biting your lip, you were unable to locate them in your bag and let out a heavy sigh.

"Great, just great. I walk in on the guy I like fucking someone now I can't find my keys! What did I do to deserve this?" you thought to yourself "Think Y/n, where would they be?" You stood there for a good few minutes, thinking where you last took your keys out of your bag.

You decided to go to the cafe, thinking they might've fallen out of your bag there. You started your walk to the cafe when your phone started to suddenly ring. You looked down and grabbed your phone out of your bag, seeing that it was Jungkook trying to call you. Not wanting to talk to him, you just turned your phone on silent and ignored the call.

When you arrived at the cafe, you walked inside and walked to the counter.

Y/n: Hi, Uhm...Did someone perhaps bring car keys here for a BMW?

Employee: Nope, sorry. You can go check the table you sat at, maybe it's still there.

You smiled and nodded, thanking him. As you turned around and put your foot ahead of you to walk to the table you saw Jungkook and Maya sitting there, talking. Letting out a sigh you built up your courage and walked over to them, standing there you looked down at the two of them, clearing your throat making them look up at you.

Jungkook: Oh, Y/n! There you are, I was wondering where you are, not like you to be late.

He said and looked at you, smiling. Hearing his sentence and seeing that smile of his really made your blood boil as you felt yourself becoming slightly mad.

Y/n: Oh, really? Well sorry for making you waste five fucking minutes that you could've used to fuck that little girlfriend of yours. I waited over twenty minutes for you, I called and I texted, but I guess Maya's pussy was so good you couldn't be bothered to tell me you have to cancel, but I'm sorry for making you wait five minutes and in vain, cause I just came here to look for my car keys.

You started going off, not able to stop your words from coming out of your mouth.

Jungkook: Oh did I miss your calls and texts? Well, I'm sorry that I can't reply to you every second of the day, sorry that I'm actually living my life and being so uptight twenty-four-seven, unlike someone I know. Grow up, Y/n. I can't be there all the time so just stop being so damn clingy.

You scoffed when you heard his words and nodded. At this point, your blood was starting to boil and you were fighting the urge to just hit him in the face right now.

Y/n: You know, Jungkook. I have no problem with you dating Maya and to be honest, I'm happy for the both of you and I understand that you also need to give her attention which I'm also fine with, but at least be decent enough to tell that you prefer to spend time with her instead of wasting my time.

You burst and turned around, starting to leave the cafe not giving him any time to fight back. You were pissed, it's the entire HyunA story all over again. He's going to choose Maya over you and soon enough she too might just manipulate him into thinking you're the bad guy.

You couldn't care about your missing keys anymore at this point and just started to walk back home. You stared down at the ground, dragging your feet across the cement path.

You were jealous of Maya, he was giving her all his attention, attention that he'd usually give you. He decided to spend time with her instead of spending time with you. You don't care how toxic you sound, but you wanted all his attention on you and only you.

What scared you a lot was the fact that this relationship isn't even a day old yet, but it is already starting to make your friendship fall apart and you already lost Jungkook as a possible future boyfriend, you did not want to lose his friendship as well.

You knew what you had to do, you knew how to save your friendship with Jungkook. Although this plan might ruin what you already have with Jungkook, you didn't care, you were willing to take the risk. You had to do this to get him back all to yourself.

You had to get rid of Maya. You had to fight for his love
