Quirk desc: he can control his wings with his mind,he can nake a bow with the feathers he uses but some new feathers will grow out and replace those feathers that were there,he can use the feathers sort of like arrows when he shoots it out of the bow
Ultimate move: spiky feathers,when he gravs some feathers from his wings,he can make the feathers into something spikyish,the spiky frathers only lasts like 5 minutes then the spiky feathers will turn back to normal
Quirk weakness: if water hits the fire wings,the wings will turn out and it will take 5 hours for the wings to turn back to fire
