The researchers will have to implement several researches in order to accomplish the proposal successfully. And in order to show what some information that the researchers will have gathered, they will need some supporting materials such as photo, audio, video, etc. to make their researches further recognized and acknowledged.
In the process of doing useful researches effectively, the researchers are recommended to gather the information within the district to save their time and energy. The researchers will need to have a frequent contact with not only National Library of the Philippines itself but also some relative local communities or government units for in-depth interview with the best contact people that are in charge. Besides, they can also search for some relative data on the Internet, look for some useful book references in libraries, and even ask some information from local citizens around for further documentation.
Researches have to consider some limitations that are indicated below:
a. In order to successfully accomplish this development plan on renovation by doing sufficient researches and gathering plentiful information, this proposal cannot just be done promptly within the given period of time due to limited time, budget allocation, and manpower.
b. The result of data collected will depend on the level of expertise in terms of knowledge and understanding of the respondents and the level of usefulness in online researches toward this development plan.
c. In the process of gathering information, the delay of interviewees will be unavoidable due to the disturbance of management of a certain organization or even a government institute.
