Everyone was shocked to see the list. Since the list was prepared by BC and he was aware of Raina's engagement they had expected him to pair Naina with Rajveer. Naina too had expected the same and so after watching the list she became disappointed. She didn't have any problem with Shalini rather she is more happy to be with her other than any other faculty.
Rajveer was also there and he to didn't expect this pairings but he had a feeling that BC wouldn't do this without a reason. And his thinking was broken by an orderly.
Orderly: Sir, aapko brigadier Chandok ne bulaya hai apne cabin mei

Saying this he dismissed the orderly and then informed Shalini that he was called by BC.
Rajveer: Docs mujhe Bc ne bulaya hai. I'll just go tum inka dhyan rkhna
Shalini: Yeh aapko mujhe bolne kii zaroorat hai??
Rajveer gave her a sheepy smile and went from there.

Bc: I know tum loggon ne wo list dekh lii hai. Maine tumhe aur Naina ko pair isliye nhi kiya kyunki iss baar bhi mentorship programe ko overlook krne Bhargav aa rha hai. Aur wo Naina ko disgrace krne ke liye usse tumhare sath pair up krega though he will know you as Niel Khanna but still wo apni chaalon se baaz nhi aayega. And I don't want kii Naina ko kisi bhi tarah kii pareshani ho. Isiliye bhi maine Shalini ko Naina ka mentor bnaya as I thought kii wo uske saath comfortable hogi. I hope you understand
