Yes, there is something as too touchy, and it happens too often. I personally have been hugged, tapped, and full on squished by random people I rarely ever talk to. I play it off like I don't care because I don't wanna be labeled a prude or snitch. Let me tell you something, other than what I've already told you, don't touch a chick anywhere sexual because it seems normal and she's fine with it. Trust me, it is not okay! Now, I will admit, there are a few girls who are actually okay with it, but dudes, control your urges, and you won't seem unbearably creepy.

There are some exceptions to this rule, but don't automatically hop on this kinda person and touch her how you like. Girlfriends of your's are sometimes okay with it, but wait a bit in the relationship before you do. There are also the random girls that are okay with it, but remember, if you're trying to look good with other girls, touching one like a creep isn't how they get attracted to you.

Sometimes, there may be a girl who constantly touches you like she's a creep, and you a damsel. If you like it, just ask her out, unless she does it to others often, then chances are she's a cat in heat. If you don't like it, you could straight up report her to some official person in your life, but before that I would suggest asking her to lay off nicely, just to give her a warning.

Top Five Things to Expect if You Cuddle Poke a Girl's Special Places-

1. Her to kinda shimmy away but not say anything.

2. Her to shriek and yell, drawing attention to you, resulting in your crap getting ruined.

3. A guy come up to you, and beat you up or talk intimidatingly to you. It may be a boyfriend, brother, or dad.

4. Her to slap you and/or hit you in your special places. Basically, an arm for an arm.

5. There is no difference in the way she acts around you, but she may kinda curl into a ball out of nervousness.

Review-

It's not good to rape someone, and it's not good to borderline rape them either. If a girl is labeled as "your girl" then do what you want, with her permission. If you don't like it, then someone else probably doesn't like it. Keep your curious fingers to yourself, not in someone else's grill. There is something called personal space for a reason.
