Chapter 1: The first meeting

Ophelia and Sarah Enger found themselves wandering on a trail in the woods by their grandparent's house in London while visiting for the summer from Hawaii Ophelia wants to see the moon, from Hawaii it's not the same as London " Sarah, just because we are here for the summer doesn't mean you should go hooking up with guys already," Ophelia told her sister as they walked a trail in a forest " yea yea, but don't you want like a summer fling?" She bit her lip " I'm perfectly fine with the boyfriend I'm soon to have back in Hawaii" Ophelia replied " you're still crushing on jasper? come on Ophelia he doesn't even know you exist" she said

At night London was beautiful, Ophelia and her family hasn't been back since they were little, since then she sees it differently than the last time, Ophelia is an artist, she loves to draw and paint and observe, she had the idea to go up to the mountain top to see the moon at it's brightest

London has a great view of the stars, moon, It was her favorite place to visit, tonight was a full moon and she wanted to go to the highest point on the trail they could find so Ophelia can see the moon at its brightest " why do I let you talk me into walking out to the woods at 11 pm it's almost twelve lets's go back" her older sister whined " just a little longer, the mountain top it's about a couple more minutes away" she said looking back up at the moon

Sarah heard a twig snap behind them and Sarah grabbed onto her younger sister quickly " did you hear that?"
" Sarah you are older than me and I'm the one protecting you? You're such a baby" Ophelia pushed her off her " maybe it was just you" she pointed down to a twig that she stepped on " oh"

As the two sisters continued walking they both  heard another twig snap " that wasn't me" she said " calm down, there nothing in these woods and if it is, then I want to get it on camera" Ophelia held up her camera and smile " you are such a freak"

" I'm going back to the house I can't do this, good luck" she let go of her sister " it's only a couple more minutes," Ophelia huffed" just let me look at it for a second don't leave yet," Ophelia said referencing to the moon

She finally reached the mountain top and rushed to the top and looked at the full moon in awe, she suddenly heard a twig snap behind her and I rolled my eyes thinking it was her sister messing around with her " Sarah stop doing that" She spat now getting annoyed, She heard her do it again and turned around in anger and it wasn't her she saw

A wolf, fur white as snow, staring back at her, " Sarah" she whispered trying not to upset the wolf, the animal started growling lowly and Ophelia didn't hesitate and broke out running the other direction back to the house

One look back and it was running after her, "there was no way I was surviving this" she thought
"Sarah!" She tried yelling out for my sister
She stumbled and dropped my camera and decided to leave it when she saw the wolf racing after her faster like she was something to eat

She glanced at her watch and the clock hit twelve and one look back and the wolf transformed into a boy " Sarah!" She yelled loudly as her eyes widened at the unbelievable sight " wait!" The boy called " leave me alone" she yelled and kept running until she found Sarah at the entrance of the woods

" What happened to you," she said " there was a wolf, a-and he...I mean the wolf turned into a boy like a real boy" She held her by her shoulder and shook her gently "Ophelia I know you can be crazy sometimes but a wolf does not transform into a boy but is this said boy cute?"

" Sarah!" She shook her more " let's go inside before you wake everyone and get us in more trouble," she said sneaking back into their shared bedroom window

Ophelia heard another twig snap behind her and ran in the window behind her sister, They both fell inside and Ophelia landed on top of her both hanging halfway off the bed, " get off me!" Her sister whined

The whole night Ophelia tried to convince Sarah what she saw but she wouldn't believe her, " Sarah I know what I saw, I'll prove it" she spat " sure Ophelia" she said sarcastically
Ophelia knew she wouldn't stop until she proved her sister wrong, her sister doubted her way too much before but this time was Ophelia's chance to prove that she wasn't crazy
