Chapter. 6

Batman did rescue Amethyst father and like Amethyst feared his heart took action due to all the stress and he was quickly brought to the hospital where he was now on life support, the following morning Amethyst was brought to the hospital by police when she saw her father and her mother was on her way to Gotham after hearing the news the same with Rose's adopted parents and her as well.

"Where there's death they'll always be death." Amethyst quietly said that to herself as she looked over at her father just before Rose stormed in the room and she hugged Amethyst and she hugged her back, right when the two stopped hugged they could hear Amethyst's mom talking with the doctors outside the room as Amethyst looked back at her father while Rose spoke to her

"It's the other way around?"

"Instead of my mom dying first here it's my dad." Was what Amethyst said as she held her father hand and spoke to him

"I don't know if you can hear me? I'm not your daughter...well I'm a different version of her. Me and Rose aren't from this timeline, in our original timeline the version of my mom died first in a car accident, Tina made my life hell when you weren't around until she graduated high school and tried to sell me into human trafficking that she ran. You married Rose's aunt not knowing her greedy nature like with Tina's mother right around the time I entered High School, after you died she tried to get rid of me in wanting to get her hands on your money. I exposed her and my life was perfect,Rose and me had each other....until we where murdered by Jason Todd." While she was talking she barely tightened her grip on her father's hand that she was holding

"The last thing I saw was Jason slitting his own throat after he slit mine and the next thing I knew I ended up in this timeline taking the place of the Amethyst here in this timeline, the same with Rose." Amethyst started tearing up as she started to smile to her father

"I am very happy that I managed to change my childhood and you saw Tina's real colors, I don't know if she'll really change or not. But she learned her lesson." Just before Amethyst continued the door flung open and her mother came in the room with Rose's adopted parents and seeing them made Amethyst let go of her father's hand and hug her mother and she hugged her back, after Amethyst's mother stopped hugging her she went to her husband and cried more as she laid her head on his chest.

"Amethyst...you might want to turn around." Rose said that tugging Amethyst's sleeve and that made her turn around to the door and was a little surprised that Bruce Wayne showed by

"Excuse me is this the room of Howard Hunters?" Was what he asked and Rose's adopted mother answered him

"It is..who are you?" After she said that Bruce answered her

"Bruce Wayne I was suppose to have a business meeting with Howard the other day and didn't show up, I was informed about what happened." Both Rose and Amethyst knew that wasn't the full truth and everything went like how Amethyst planned it about Bruce showing up at the hospital, Bruce explained to Amethyst's mother about how he was wanting to her the business partnership plan that he was interested in joining up. With Amethyst's father in a very serious state Amethyst's mother was now in charge of her husband's company and she accepted his proposal in company partnership, the following day Amethyst's father didn't make it. Thankfully before his death he notified his lawyers about not informing his family nor his eldest daughter about his death and was not allowed at his funeral, it was hard for Amethyst she had to be at a funeral with her father again. She was happy to tell him the truth and she had a feeling he did hear her words, the only ones that had attended the funeral where close friends along with Amethyst and her mother. None of her father's side of the family was allowed to attend now knowing the true nature of his relatives with greed, surprisingly Bruce Wayne attended the funeral the same with Jason Todd and Alfred in joining there little party.
