' I guess I don't have one. Well that's fine I guess, I don't want some dumb system annoying me with tasks and stuff 'I think, totally not salty I didn't have an overpowered system. Anyways, I need to strengthen my light magic so that I can work on healing myself, but first I want to cut my bangs shorter. I mean its not like I cant see, it would just be a shame to not be able to admire my cute face. After thinking that, I look around the room and see a scissors on the table next to by bed. I take the scissors and as I'm cutting my bangs, Jackson gently opens the door. " Young mas-...Young master pardon this servant but, what exactly are you doing?" "Isn't it obvious, I'm giving myself a haircut. Wait," I say nonchalantly.
"Snip, Snip, Snip," I say while cutting my bangs. After I cut it, I picked up the hair that fell on me and gave it to Jackson and told him to throw it away. After Jackson left I laid down on my soft bed and started thinking about why the original wasn't able to use magic. I mean, it wasn't like he didn't have any powers or insufficient mana. Whatever, I wanna learn more about this world. I rang the bell that was on the table next to my bed. A few seconds later, Jackson came in and asked what I needed. I told him to get some books about the history of this world and magic. He came back after a minute with the books. I finished reading the magic and history books in a few hours. This is basically how this world and magic was created
There once were two goddess sister's, Octavius and Ophelia. Octavius, the goddess of darkness, and Ophelia the goddess of light.
The two sisters, while watching all the planets from above, came across one with no inhabitants. Octavius painted one half of the canvas while Ophelia did the other. When the were done they were done, they named the planet, Esrith and the continents, Octavia and Arsania.
Ophelia blessed Arsania with her light magic and Octavius blessed Octavia with her magic as well.
Unfortunately, after three centuries, The kingdoms grew hostile and decades later waged war. During the war the number of light magic and dark magic users decreased until it was just the royal families and thirteen special people. The Goddesses saw what was happening and descended the heavens onto Esrith and stopped the war.
As punishment neither of the goddesses helped in repairing the damages and created a new kingdom called Athena in which the angels sent by the goddess Ophelia to keep watch on the other kingdoms lived.
The angels sent were blessed by Ophelia and, although small in numbers, had stronger light magic than Arsania, and they all were blessed with Language of The Gods.
Centuries later, some animals evolved and were hunted by humans. Octavius saw and created a kingdom for them called Beastillia. The evolved animals were ranked: rank 1-3 magical beasts, rank 1-4: divine beasts, rank 1-4 heavenly beasts. Rank three and up beasts have the ability to transform into humans.
Some of those beasts still live in the Aldia Forest; the largest forest in the Arsania kingdom.And, the Omu forest in the Athena Kingdom.
These beasts can form contracts with people of their choosing. If someone forms a contract with a beast, they can temporarily use the beasts magic. If they can use the beasts magic to the full potential all depends on the persons mana and skill. The most beast contracts a person can have is 5.
Mana flows through everybody's veins, but the magic itself comes from the soul.
The soul and mana must be compatible for someone to be able to their magic.
'So that means that the originals soul probably wasn't compatible. But my own is? Is that why I'm here? It doesn't take five braincells to guess that might be the problem, I understand that those doctors didn't know enough as yet to say for sure but, they didn't even suggest it. Whatever, everything can be figured out later, what's really important is how I'm going to act. I'm totally not gonna act like the original cause that'd be soooooo boring. I don't really like it when a character transmigrates and they just immediately change the originals entire personality, instead of slowly changing it over time but (A/N: same), I get a pass because I find the original boring. Now, what'll I be? kuudere, deredere, dandere, tsundere... YES A TSUDERE!!! They are the CUTEST. Although whenever I see a violent tsundere I just want to erase their entire bloodline, I just won't be a violent tsundere. Easy and simple. I can already see it now... I'll be the easily embarrassed, arrogant but secretly nice young master character. Damn, I guess 5 braincells really can do wonderous things. This is gonna be so much fun! But, after using my brain so much, I'm tired. I'm just gonna sleep for a bit.... '
I laid my head down, and fell into dreamland.
