Crush (Pico POV)

I walk to my biology class, hands in pockets and eyes down. Why did she get so close? I think to myself as I open the door to the lab and sit next to Keith, the only guy you'll see at this school with bright blue hair.

"Sup dude!" Keith gives me a high five and turns back towards his lab work.

"Yo.. Do you know what we're working on today?" I asked, throwing my bag onto the floor.

"Why are you asking? It's not like you're going to do it anyways." He laughed, sliding the extra paper towards me.

"Shit.. we're going over this again?" I hold the paper up, slightly crumbling it out of annoyance.

"We've been going over it. Why don't you ever listen?"

"Cuz it's boring." I shrug, placing the paper back down.

====Time Skip====

"Finally!" Keith yelled as the bell rang, "Lunch time~"

"Oh yeah.. this is only time you get during school to hang out with Vanessa, right?" I ask, looking down at my phone.

"Yeeaaahhh.. buuttttt.. she asked me to talk to you about something so we're gonna sit at another table away from Y/N and her-"

"Sit away from Y/N?" I ask in a quiet whisper.

"Yeah.. what's the problem? Do you enjoy having her around that much?"

"What? No. I was just gonna ask her something during lunch but it can wait." I roll my eyes and continue walking to the cafeteria.

"Whatcha gonna ask her? If she could go to the party with you?" Keith chuckled.

"Party? What party?"

"The one Vanessas holding at her house on Valentines Day."

"Oh.."

"So are you gonna? C'mon.. We all know you like her.. well she doesn't.. yet~"

I blush and look away from Keith. "I don't like Y/N, dumbass. She annoying and a pest."

"Well I'll be glad to tell her that next period." Keith stuffed his hands into his pockets.

"Wha- no don't do that-" I say as we finally reach the cafeteria.

"Since we already talked about what Vanessa wanted us to.. we can sit with them, if you'd like."

"Sure.."

We both walk over to the table, where Y/N and Vanessa are sitting and join them. Keith whispered to his girlfriend about what happened, I guess.
