Tobias pov
"She's stable but she's in a coma" the doctors words hit me like a truck. "She has a 30% chance of surviving." No no no no no. She can't leave me no. I sit by tris' side holding her cold hand. She looks likes she's asleep. Like any minute she's gonna wake up laughing and smiling. But she might not. I really can't lose my bea.
TIME LAPSE
2 MONTHS LATER
I'm sitting in the waiting room eating when the doctor comes out. "What is it?" I ask not liking the suspense. The doctor looks puzzled. "Tris is gone. I mean she's not here. She's disappeared." "What?" I ask. How can she be gone? That doesn't make sense. "Tobias. It's okay. Let me explain it to you." I turn and see mrs prior. "Tobias tris had to go. She needs to learn to control her powers so she can help you guys control them." Tris left me? She didn't even say goodbye. I thought she loved me.
Time lapse
4 months later
Tobias POV
It's been four months since tris disappeared. I'd like to say that I hate her for leaving me but every time I think of her I just fall back in love. Seeing pictures of her just make me sad. Ever since the incident with jenine the gang and I have been going to school like normal. Jenine was taking to jail and jailed for life for experimenting on tris and I. We had strict rules to not use our powers because we haven't learnt to control them yet. "Yo four dude wake up." Zeke says as he waves a hand in front of my face "what?"i say back angrily. Since tris left I've been a lot more angry. "Dude party tonight my house you in?" Zeke asks. I guess I should go. It probably won't be fun. Let me rephrase that it definitely will not be fun without tris and with Lauren buzzing around me like an annoying fly. "Yeah alright what time?" I reply.
"Awesome. 8 o'clock"
"K well cya then" I reply as I walk to my car. I have a feeling tonight's gonna be interesting.
