Girls can play baseball!

Pool day

It was 7  on a Saturday and It was hot out so I changed into this

and put my hair into a pony tail and walked downstairs to eat breakfast. I sat down next to yeah-yeah and ate. after i was done me and yeah-yeah went into the bathroom and brushed our teeth. me and Yeah-yeah walked outside after saying bye to our family. I walked over to Benny and he asked me to go with Yeah-Yeah and Squints to get a ball. We left and were laughing and stuff. After we left the store Squints seen Wendy Peffercorn and froze while staring at her. Me and Yeah-yeah were confused. "Come on Squints!" I said tugging at his arm. "Geez. Wendy Peffercorn. Mmmm. Whoa." I rolled my eyes and grabbed him and dragged him away. We got to the sandlot and Yeah-yeah was pulling Squints along. Benny came up to us and handed us Cokes. "Where you guys been? We've been waiting here forever, already!?" He asked and I handed him the ball "Ah, Squints was pervin' a dish." I said "Shut up! I wasn't." Squints said and Yeah-Yeah pipped up. "Yeah, yeah, you were! Your tongue was hanging out of your head!" He said and I laughed at him. Squints sat down and took a sip of his soda. "This pop isn't workin', Benny! I'm bakin' like a toasted cheese-it! It's so hot here!" Ham said to Benny. "It's 105 degrees you can't play baseball, we have to call it for the day!" Squints said as the boys agreed. Benny looked at me and I shot him a look and he looked back at the boys "Vote then"  "Anyone who wants to be a can't-hack-it pantywaist who wears their mama's bra, raise your hand." Me and the boys raised our hands and we were all agreeing. "Fine,Fine,FINE! SO what are we gonna do then?" Benny asked. They boys looked at each other. "AHAH-Ohhhh" Yeah-yeah said. "SCAM POOL HONEYS!" the boys said as I put my head in my hands and laughed. Benny rolled his eyes and we all got up to go to the pool. We got there and of course Wendy Peffercorn was the life guard so we all knew Squints was gonna freak. I walked out in a white high waisted bikini that showed off my body. (every body is beautiful so embrace it <3) Benny turned and seen me walking out. He gulped and walked over to me. "You look hot baby" He said as he wrapped his arms around my waist. "Thank you bubs" I said and stood on my tippy toes and kissed his lips. He chuckled at how short I was and I lightly hit his arm. We walked to the pool and got in. We were all having a splash fight when all the boys except for Benny froze and looked at the life guard tower. "Oh, man!" Ham said. (we gonna switch these lines to ham bc benny is ours not Wendys XD) "Yeah, yeah. Too cruel." Yeah-yeah said "She don't know what she's doin'." Timmy said. "Yeah, she does. She knows exactly what she's doin'." Kenny said. "I've swum here every summer in my adult life. And every summer, there she is. Lotion. Oilin'. Oilin'! Lotion. Smiling. Smiling! I can't take this no more!" Squints swam over to the ladder, leaving us confused. He went over to the diving board and I started freaking out. "Why is he doing that he cant swim! He's gonna drown!" OMG OMG" I said and Benny looked at me worried along with the rest of the boys. "Idk but Squints cant swim!" Yeah-yeah said as we looked at each other.  He jumped off the diving board. I screamed and started swimming and the boys followed. Wendy saw the commotion and jumped in, grabbing Squints. "omg Squints!" I said as Benny put a arm around my waist to calm me down. Ham pipped up as Wendy gave him CPR "Come on Squints. Squints!" "Come on, Squints, come on!" Benny yelled "Come on, Squints. You can do it! Pull through, bud!" Smalls shouted "Come on, man, come on!" Yeah-yeah said "Yeah yeah, he looks pretty crappy." I smacked his arm. "My God, he looks like a dead fish." Bertrum said and I smacked his arm as well. Before we could say anything else, Squints opened his eyes, and smiled at us. "What?" We all said at the same time. He kissed her. "*Ugh!* Little pervert!" Wendy yelled. I yelled " Aww, man, he's in deep shit!" She picked up Squints and pulled him out the pool as we followed. We got kicked out of the pool for the summer. But for Squints, it was all worth it. I put my clothes on in the women's locker room and ran out after the boys and put my shoes on. "Dang Squints you really tried to give me a heart attack didnt you?" I asked as we all laughed and I patted Squints' back. "nah I've been plannin' that for years!" He said as we all looked at him. Benny put his arm around me. "Hey guys let's go get water ice its on me!" I said as they all cheered. "Can I have 4 cherries, 2 bubblegums, 3 blueberries, and 1 chocolate?" I asked as the boys stood behind me. "ofc sweetie, that'll be $3.56 please." "Thank you have a great day!" I said as we all grabbed our stuff. We went to my house and sat in my yard and ate water ice while listening to the radio. It was a great day.
