Chapter Twenty-Three

Me: We've got more dares! The next one is for Paul Stanley and they wanted to ask a question.

Paul: Alright! What's the question?

Me: They wanted to know if there had ever been a time when something didn't go as planned onstage during a concert.

Paul: Yes there was. Believe it or not, in the early days of the band, I had these homemade black leather pants that I sewn together using a sewing machine. During our show at one of the clubs, I jumped up in the air and the buttons on the pants broke. And I had hold my guitar against my crotch to keep them from falling down.

Ace: *snickers* I don't think you ever said anything about that, curly.

Peter: Yeah.

Paul: I think I was too embarrassed to tell anybody. The clothes that we bought from the store weren't cheap back then, so we had to do the best we could to earn enough money to buy better-looking outfits.

Me: *giggles* Poor Paulie.
