She was standing in front of the mirror, gown laced up and hair put in a bun (To honor Sharon). Her dress was made up of a tulle skirt which reached her mid-calves at the front and flowed down at the back. The dress had a boat-neck-line made of lace with the sleeves reaching her elbows. The sleeves were also made of lace. The lace covered half of her chest under the neck-line as well, the actual bodice being made of silk with a sweet heart neck-line. The bridesmaids were wearing pink, silk dresses with belle sleeves and a flowy skirt. Happiness was overflowing her in that moment so she broke out into a wide grin, tears of happiness threatening to spill out. Since Luna is going to wear Lili's old wedding dress at her wedding (it was one of the few less-damaged things from the fire), Monica had given Ambar her own for the wedding, and to keep. Monica and Luna were tearing up behind her, Jazmin was recording the moment and Delfi was ushering her to put the tablet down. Ambar could not be happier in that moment, but of course, Ambar being who she is, didn't show it. She was happy with her selection of people she had chosen for the important parts of the wedding. Her bridesmaids were Delfi and Jazmin, her maid of honor being Luna. Jim choreographed the wedding dances and Yam had helped Matteo with the wedding playlist. The flower girl would be Gaston and Nina's 4-year-old daughter and the ring bearer would be Pedro and Delfi's 6-year-old son. Nina wanted to help more but being 5 months in into her second pregnancy, she knew better. Simon had chosen Nico and Pedro as his groomsmen and Matteo as his best man. Miguel would walk her down the aisle with Alfredo taking care of the ceremony and such, as he wasn't feeling well these days. All was good in Ambar's little world, for now. The limousine drove up in front of the dressing rooms and everyone rushed into the car. Around 10 minutes later they were at the venue. Everyone was buzzing with excitement. The groomsmen were waiting outside with Felice and Max (Short for Maximillian). Felice was Gastina's 4-year-old and Max or Maximillian was Pedro and Delfi's 6-year-old. The gates opened and nervousness flushed Ambar's body like a wave. A slowed down, instrumental version of Solos could be heard through the venue and Ambar reminded herself to thank Yam and Matteo. First down the aisle went Max, as he was the ring bearer, followed by the bridesmaid and groomsmen pairs. Luna and Matteo, Delfi and Pedro, Jazmin and Nico. Then it was her turn. A instrumental version of catch me if you can started to play and Ambar mentally decided to get roses for Yam and Matteo. Felice walked down the aisle throwing the petals of white roses and went to stand beside Max. Miguel appeared beside Ambar and looked at her, they looped their arms together and Miguel walked her down the aisle. Tears started to surface her eyes as she saw Simon about to cry. She didn't let the tears spill, not yet. Miguel helped her up to the altar and gave her one last hug before she was an Alvarez. He turned to Simon and said "I know you'll take care of her well but she's like a daughter to me, so don't you dare hurt her." Miguel patted his back and went to sit down beside Monica and Alfredo in the first pew. They exchanged their vows (I'll probably write their vows on a later chapter) and slipped on their rings. "You may now kiss the bride." That's all they needed to hear. Simon grabbed Ambar by the waist and placed a long passionate kiss on her lips while everyone cheered around them. Right after the kiss, while they were walking down from the altar, Simon leant over to Ambar. "I know you're happy, you don't have to hide it" Simon quietly whispered. Ambar turned around to look at the goofy look on his face. That's all she needed for reassurance. She started to laugh and tears with started to spill out of her eyes. She put her hand on her mouth to cover it. Simon looked at his wife with content, he loved her so much and from this day on she was his and he was hers, like it would be, forever.

Spoiler: They sat there in shock. This can't be really happening, can it? Ambar was nervous, she didn't have a good parental figure when she was young, after she did her life changed. She knew everything depended on the up-bringing. Could she do this? Could she handle it. She looked over to see Simon, who could barely contain the excitement. They would do it together, like everything, and it would be fine just like always.

Heyyyyy Guys! So this just became a 4-part thing. I sat down to write this one and got carried away with the details. Some fore-shadowing in this part. I'm thinking of doing another one shot before continuing with this, lemme know what you think. I could also put these chapters in a separate book as I'm starting to like that idea better, i had originally shortened the parts since it's a one shot book but i'm thinking i want to do them so i might just add more detail and put it in another book, tell me if you have any other ideas! I hope y'all have a wonderful day/night and i'll talk to you later! Bye!
