The Blind Mate To The King

Chapter 5

Kirishima's POV:
I was returning to the kingdom a day early and we were on the land when I smelt my mate. I guess the driver sensed it and had the horses pick up a bit of speed.

I was informed yesterday of an omega on my land. Tenya Iida, he told me that an omega was on the land and that it was unconscious, weak, and when he woke up, he's apparently blind in his right eye. I guess Lynx and Luna tried to tell him his name but he didn't believe them.

When we arrived at the castle, the driver knew I would get out myself so he just left which I didn't mind so I got out and closed the door behind me. I followed the smell of the omega and went down to the dungeons. I heard whimpering and followed the sound.

"Hey hey hey, it's alright, Kirishima will be here soon then once he gets here, I'll get a medic, shhh. It's alright." I heard Mina say.

"What's going on?" I asked, walking over and kneeling down a few feet away from the omega. "Hey, Five, this is Kirishima, the one I just mentioned, Kiri, he's been hurt a lot since arriving her....we aren't sure who's been hurting him he just says to not get her, she'll kill me." Mina explained.

"Kill? Who's been hurting him this much to get him like this?" I asked, my protective side coming out. "We aren't sure but me, Iida, and Asui are the only ones he trusts asides from Lynx and Luna. I'm the one who found him, he met Iida who taught him how to use a phone and met him when he first woke up in the medic wing, and he met Asui the same way but that's only because she was trying to tell Iida something. They ended up hanging out a lot during breaks to get to know him. Then this morning, we heard a loud whimper so all three us came down here to find that he couldn't see out of either of his eyes. We still don't know and he just keeps telling us to not get her or she'll kill me. So it's one of our female guards." Mina explained.

"Jesus, why would someone do to someone else who did nothing wrong? Let alone an omega." I asked and looked at the omega. "Has he eaten?" I asked her. "We're trying to get to eat but he thinks that we poisoned the food. Their are times he'll eat but it wouldn't last long since he'd vomit a few minutes after." Mina said.

I stared at Mina then at the omega with sad eyes. "Jesus....what did they do to you?" I asked softly.

Izuku's POV:
I was looking(since he heard his voice and looked in the direction of him) at this said Kirishima person who was busy talking with Mina and I knew he was my mate and I wanted him to comfort me, I wanted him to tell me that I was safe, that I would be okay but then I thought back to what that beta said.

'When Kirishima comes back stay away from him. He's MY mate.'

I whimpered at the memory but tried to hide it. I guess I quiet enough since I heard the Kirishima person try to calm me down. "Hey....is it alright if I hold you?" He asked gently.

I hesitantly nodded and felt two arms leave me and two arms going around me. "Hey...it's alright, I won't hurt you." He cooed.

"M-mate..." I said only loud enough for him to hear. "Mhm. That's right, I'm your mate and you are my mate. I'll make sure you aren't hurt anymore. Okay?" He said gently.

I nodded and yawned then whimpered. "S-sorry." I mumbled. "Hey, it's alright, if you're tired then you can sleep. I'll contact your friends and have them and Shoto come visit, okay?" I nodded and I was lifted from the ground.

I squeaked and held onto him. "H-how do y-you k-know m-my f-friends?" I asked. "Oh Lynx and Luna stayed here while they healed up after we rescued them with the help of you, of course. Do you mind if I ask for your name? Not the name given in the trade though. Your birth name." He said. "L-Lynx says I-it's i-izuku b-but I can't b-be r-Royal." I said.

"Hmm how about I just call you izu? Will that be okay?" He asked. I just nodded and fell asleep in his arms, feeling safe.

Please don't make me regret trusting you, Kirishima....
