He'd plan to kill Dream, but he decides to put that to the side.
He's currently planning to go to SMPEarth just to visit for a little.

Tommy had arrived safely with his old communicator
He was currently at Business Bay, he hadn't seen anyone there at the moment.
He heard footsteps behind him, but he didn't turn he just ignored it thinking it was an animal.
“Tommy?”
That voice sounded familiar to the blonde teen, but he couldn't remember exactly where from.
He turns and freezes.
It was Deo. [Dramatic Music plays]
“Deo??”
Tommy and Deo had just stood there for a good five minutes.
They both then collide into a warm big hug.
