So you know how Shigaraki accidentally killed his whole family (with the intention of killing his father)? And then AFO took him in. Well I have a headcanon that Shigaraki was and is suicidal. A few weeks after he kill his family, he tried using his quirk on himself. Every now and then at present day, he'll (un)intentionally place his hand on himself if he feels like he let the LOV down by failing a mission of something. But he won't do it in front of the league, but instead alone and somewhere away from society.
