K-pop is Not a Comparison Ground

If someone asks me whether Red Velvet's Psycho or Stray Kids's Gods Menu deserves SOTY, or if NCT's Ten is a better dancer than BTS's J-hope—I may as well as not answer at all.

Sure, I'm may be a multi-stan and I can't choose which song is the best. At the same time, I don't see any point of debating this, or anything that's got to do with comparing other's songs and their talents.

Personally, these "debates" and comparisons are purposeless. Saying that TXT is the next BTS or ITZY is a better girl-group due to their not-like-other-girl-group concepts gives me the impression that you're not a genuine fan—rather, it's based on your fascination of their looks and popularity.

In other words: you're not into their music in the first place.

I don't believe in comparisons of other groups or their members' talents. I'm here to enjoy and appreciate their music and talents—it doesn't matter how talented or popular they are.

If their music or talent doesn't appeal to you, please do yourself a favour and YEET yourself out of it. Save your time and energy for something else—like streaming their MVs and watching their wholesome content.

Comparing them is like comparing two sets of gold bars that has the equal amount of value of money when sold. So don't do it—you're wasting yourself for this.
