Ice

Chapter 2

Ice ran, he didn't think that this was a good idea to run but he didn't like to be held in that small space. He ran faster wanting to spend his wings. He did what Silver said to not show off his magnificent large black wings. He stopped running and started eating the new green grass.

Something came slowly up beside him. He looked up, a girl was holding the head thing that the crazy man put on his large head. He pinned his ears and snorted. The girl was calm no fear showed. Something different than the other men that where in the barn.

He thought 'This must be whom Silver was speaking of.'

The girl spoke "My name is Sara, I know your name is Galloping Ice." she smiled.

He looked at her. His eyes met hers. He looked into her teal blue eyes.

"Can I lead you into the trailer? This halter will help me guide you inside." She held up the head piece.

I spoke to her in horse "Of course child. I will let you lead me into this thing called a trailer!"

I held my head low enough for her so she could put the so called halter on my large head. She lead me into a small area. I was not wanting to go in but I had to since this was the girl Silver told me to protect.

It was only a small amount of minutes, the trailers doors opened. I neighed happily knowing I would be out soon. Then of course I was then tied to the trailer. Who knew? I just stood there, as she put a teal saddle blanket on my back.

I have never been ridden in my life time. Something heavier was thrown onto my back. A beautiful black and teal saddle sat on my back and all of a sudden I feel a pain behind my front legs.

"Ouch!?" I neighed. I looked and the pain was gone at her touch. She brought out a teal and black bridle after she finished with putting on the saddle.

The bit felt weird in my mouth, I bit at it as she told me not to so I stopped. We walked into an arena, 3 barrels sat in a triangle shape. She tightened up the sinch before she got on.

She walked me around the area a couple time before we began to trot.
Than after awhile she gave me cues for a lope. Then here was my favorite part a full gallop! I ran as fast as I could go even though I could go even faster than my current speed.

She pulled on the reins for me to stop. So I backed, it felt weird to have someone on my back but it was nice too.
