FILMED BEFORE A LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE.
(Episode I)
BOTH WANDA AND MIRIAM were in the kitchen cleaning that morning. The sound of faint footsteps stopped Miriam from polishing the dish and turn towards the kitchen door.Vision entered, his nose stuck in the towns local newspaper. Paying no attention, he walked into the plate that Wanda was just putting away.
"My wife and her flying saucers." He stated. "My husband and his indestructible head." She smiled brightly at him.
"Your daughter and her invisibility." Miriam spoke after not being acknowledged. "Ah good morning darling!" Vision beamed brightly as he kissed the forehead of his daughter.
"Aren't we a fine family!" He then said as he walked over to Wanda. "What do you guys say to silver dollar pancakes, crispy hash browns, bacon, eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice and black coffee?" Asked Wanda as she walked towards the fridge.
"I say - 'Oh. I don't eat food.'" Vision laughed, "and I say - 'Oh. We have no food.'" Miriam chimes in. "Well that explains the empty refrigerator!" Laughed Wanda as she closed it again.
Vision smiled back at his wife, turning his head something else had caught his attention. "Wanda, Miriam. Is there something special about today?" He questioned as he took a few strides across the room.
"Well I know our aprons are a bit much dear, but I am doing my best to blend in." Wanda replied. "And this was all I had in my closet." Miriam answered honestly.
No, no. There on the calendar." Vision pointed towards the wall where the calendar hung. "Someone's drawn a little heart right above today's date." He finished.
Miriam turned her attention to the calendar her father was pointing at, and there it was. A small heart on today's date.
"Oh yes the heart." Wanda exclaimed, her tone almost robot like. Vision placed one hand on his wife's shoulder, the other on his daughters.
"Well don't tell me you have forgotten Vis." Wanda said as she turned her body to face him. "Forgotten?" He said almost defensively.
"Oh Wanda, I'm incapable of forgetfulness. I remember everything, that's not exaggeration. In fact, I'm incapable of exaggeration, isn't that right Miriam?" Vision said side glancing his daughter.
"When's my birthday?" She asked as she grabbed herself a glass of water. "Uh..." he began stuttering but Wanda intervened.
"Oh Miriam don't be silly, of course Vis remembers that your birthday is may 24th." She laughed as she then turned back to her husband.
"Anyways, so tell me what's so important about today's date." She asked as she ignored the odd look she was receiving from Miriam.
