PETER PARKER WAS currently walking the halls of his school for the first time in five years. His eyes scanned the crowds, relief washed over him as he laid eyes upon ned.

Thankful he at least had someone back. To think Wanda would take the bodies without even talking to him, the boyfriend of Miriam, caused anger to boil every time he thought of it.

After embracing Ned in a bone crushing hug, both of their attentions were diverted to the television in the halls. Silence erupted as everyone was now watching the memoriam made by the two students who deliver the school news.

Peter watched as they showed photos of the fighters they had lost in the battle of thanos;

Tony Stark.

Steve Rogers

Natasha Romanoff

Vision

Miriam Maximoff

His heart ached as he looked at the picture of his girlfriend. His Miriam. No matter what happened, he was always going to be hers, just like she is always going to be his.

Her death would never devalue her title of girlfriend.

THE DAY DRAGGED, Ned constantly making sure his best friend was okay. Asking how it happened, but then realising that was too personal.

So now, currently sitting in his chemistry class. Peter just sat there, completely and utterly feeling alone even in a crowded classroom.

"Mr Parker." A familiar voice brought him out of his daze, Hayward stood by the door with a few people from S.W.O.R.D.

Peter looked as if he was a deer caught in head lights as he stared, confused why he was here.

"We have some information that may intrigue you."

AND THAT'S HOW Peter ended up in a S.W.O.R.D truck, on his way to some sort of compound.

He sat in the back seat, completely unaware of the news he will be receiving in just a few minutes. As the arrived, Peter noticed a large tent like building, surrounded by trucks and trailers.

But what caught his eye was the distant haze from that was visible from afar. "Where are we?" Peter asked as he was now walking beside Hayward towards the tent.

"We are just outside of Westview." Hayward informed him as they were now inside, old televisions scattered. He almost thought he could here the voice of Wanda.

"Why?"

"We believe that Miriam Maximoff and the Vision, are not quite as dead as we thought." Hayward told the 17 year old, Peter's breath hitched just at the thought.

"It's a working theory, but there is complications." A female voice spoke up, Peter turned to see a brunette woman with glasses sat by a television that just have been from the 50's.

"Doctor Darcy Lewis." She introduced with a smile. "Peter...Peter Parker." He stuttered out, but his breath was taken away as he finally looked at what was being played on the televisions.

"And this is all I had in my closet." Said a voice all too familiar to him. There he saw, Miriam looking as beautiful as he last remembered.

She was stood in a kitchen, a big grin plastered on her face as she was accompanied by Wanda and Vision.

"What- what is this?" He asked as tears threatened to fall. "A sitcom." Darcy replied. "Well, one that is happening right now."

"How? Is she alive?" He asked, scared to get his hopes up. "That is what confuses me, I get Vision. He was mainly vibranium. But Miriam...from my knowledge, she's a human." Darcy spoke.

"Can I see her?" Peter asked. "Afraid not." Said a voice approaching them. "Jimmy Woo." The man said extending his arm. "Peter."

"Why not?"

"Wanda seems to have put a high frequency boarder around the town, or the hex if you will." Darcy smiled. "Why the hex?"

"Because of its hexagonal shape."
