Alejandro's Possession

Part 3

Cristina POV

"Because I punched the girl," I mumble. I grab the stuff and close the door. "Cristina, your hand, you're bleeding" she holds my hands up to see better. "I'm fine. I need to clean up. We can talk after, ok." I give her a small smile and walk back to the so-called scene. Hazel eyes and blondie are still there, but the other two guys and girls are gone.

I pick up the tray and put it on the table, and start cleaning up. I feel a tap on my shoulder and turn around and see hazel eyes looking at me.

"Do you need anything?" I ask him calmly.

"My friend told me to give you this as your tip." he hands me a $100 bill.

100 dollars?!

"No, this is way too much, and I'm already fired. I can't take it." I smile at him and continue sweeping up the mess.

"He insists, well I insist," he tells me, and I turn around to face him. "Alright, I'll take it" I wipe my bloody hand and take it. "Thank you," I tell him. I didn't wanna take it but i need it.

I finish cleaning up the mess and head over to the lockers. I grab the first aid kit we have in the lockers and open it up. I rinse my hands and check for any glass pieces then clean it off with an alcohol wipe.

Shit that burns

I grab a bandaid and place it on my cut. As I'm putting the kit away, I hear footsteps behind me. I turn around quickly and see no one there.

A ghost

Impossible I haven't heard about one here

I ignore it thinking it's Samantha trying to mess with me and turn back around. I open the locker and put the first aid kit back then I feel a hot breath around my neck.

Please don't be a ghost.

I'm ready to attack whatever is behind me

"Don't be scared chula it's just me " a deep cold voice mumbles from behind me. I felt a shiver down my spine and turn around.

It's him

Blue eyes

"Y you cant be here staff only," I stutter at the sudden move. I look at him and see his eyes focused on me. I was about to say something else when he suddenly leans in closer to my ear. My breathing got heavy as I felt the goosebumps all over me.

"You're mine and only mine," he says. I stand there in shock and confusion repeating the words 'you're mine' to myself.

"What did you say?" I look deep into those beautiful blue eyes.

"I dont need to repeat myself chula. I'll see you soon" with that he leaves me standing there in shock and confusion. I quickly grab my stuff out of my locker and leave the place.

"I'm home" I take off my jacket and hang it on the wall. I take off my shoes and put my flip-flops on. I set my bag aside and make my way to the kitchen.

"Cristina," my baby cousin  runs over to me and hugs me. His name Emanuel and he's four. He has light brown eyes with light brown hair. He's the youngest in the family."Hey, Emanuel," I pick him up.

"Honey, you're home early today" my mom makes her way towards me and hugs me with a wide smile. I return the hug, thinking how I'm going to tell her about losing my night job. I pull away and look at her. I open my mouth to say something, but she cuts me off.

"Mija que the paso?" she lifts my hand softly and examines it. (honey what happened)

A girl tripped me, and glass got on me. I punched her and lost my job after.

"It was a small accident at work." I give her a small smile.

"How's work," she asks, holding my hand.

This is it

"I got fired, mom" I look at her and see her small smile disappeared a bit.

"What happened" she sits me down on a chair, and she sits beside me.

I explain to her, and she hugs me. My mom knows how hard it is for me to deal with things like that, but it had to be done. "I'm sorry, mom," I say in a low voice.

" Sorry for what, honey. You defended yourself out there, and that's what matters" she gives me a small smile. "You have provided so much for us especially after the accident" she puts her hand on my cheek.

She's the best
