Marinette wakes up to alarm going off: 8:00 am.
"That alarm is so annoying." Marinette says stretching while totally forgetting that Chat might still be there. Marinette looks over the side of her bed to see the blankets folded up and a note left on the pillow.
"It's ok to come out now Tikki!" Marinette says smiling because she missed Tikki. Tikki flys out of Marinette's bookbag all happy.
"Look Marinette! Chat Noir left you a note!" Tikki says while flying over to the note. Marinette climbs down from her bed to go read the note:
You got this today Princess!! Good luck and don't forget to meet me back here to let me know how it went!! :)

"Silly Kitty." Marinette says to herself while putting the note in her bookbag. Marinette gets ready for school and makes sure she has everything for the big test today.
"Alright Tikki I think I'm ready." Tikki smiles and hides in Marinette's purse. Marinette walks downstairs and meets her parents in the kitchen.
"Ready for your test today?" Sabine asks while handing Marinette a croissant for a quick breakfast.
"Ready as I'll ever be" Marinette says laughing. Marinette kisses her parents goodbye and starts walking to school. Luckily it's right across the street so not that much walking. Marinette meets up with Alya who was waiting for her at the bottom of the steps that lead up to school.
"Wow girl you're actually on time today!" Alya says while covering her mouth and laughing.
"Well I couldn't miss the history test today! Sucks I only got 6 hours of sleep last night."
"6 hours!! What kept you up all night?" Alya says while grabbing Marinette's hand and pulling her up the steps.
"I was studying!!" Marinette says thinking of an excuse quick. She realized she was loud when she turns her head to see Nino and Adrien walking up to them. Adrien walks up to Marinette and waves while laughing.
"You must really be nervous for this test Marinette." Adrien says meeting up with Marinette and Alya.
"Uh..I-i..am but I got this." Marinette says turning her head to Alya because she doesn't know what to say. Alya laughs and grabs Nino's hand.
"We'll meet you guys in class, we have to talk to Mr.Damocles about our idea for the school blog." Adrien fist bumps Nino as they walk away. Adrien turns to Marinette and smiles.
"Hey, I can help you study a little bit before class if you want?" Marinette blushes and looks down trying to hide it.
"Uh- uh- yeah sure wa-wanna head to the locker room?" Adrien smiles and noods and grabs Marinette's hand. Marinette immediately turns into a tomato and feels like she's in Heaven. They walk into the locker room and Marinette takes off her bookbag looking for her notes. As she's looking for the notes the letter from Chat Noir falls on the ground.
"Here I got-" Adrien try to say while he goes to pick up the note, but Marinette grabs it before he can.
"I'm sorry it's just that this is a special note." Marinette says feeling bad while putting it back into her bookbag. Adrien watches her put it back into her bookbag while smiling and slightly blushes.
'She thinks my note is special.' Adrien thinks to himself as Marinette finally grabs the notes from her bookbag.
"Hopefully all the notes are there." Marinette says handing the notes to Adrien. They sit down on the bench in the locker room and Adrien goes over the notes with Marinette. Before Marinette knew it she was able to talk to Adrien without shuddering. Almost as if it was her and Chat reviewing the notes.
'Wait what am I thinking comparing Adrien and Chat. I can't do that they are different and I love Adrien not-' Marinette thinks to herself but then her thinking gets interrupted.
"Adrikins what are you doing hanging out with the baker girl! And why are you helping her with notes!?" Chloe says standing in front of them with her arms crossed.
"Because she was nervous and I offered to help her, because that's what friends do?" Adrien says with a little bit of attitude to Chloe.
'I can't ask him out he still just thinks of me as just a friend' Marinette thinks to herself while putting the notes away since class is about to start. Chloe rolls her eyes and walks away with Sabrina.
"I'm gonna meet up with Nino quick, I'll see you in class Marinette." Adrien says getting up and smiling at Marinette. Marinette nods her head while she watches him walking away. She hears Tikki open up her purse a little bit and looks down.
"Wow Marinette you actually were able to talk to Adrien!!" Tikki says laughing.
"Yeah well now I need to find a way to ask him out after-school." Marinette says looking down and frowning.
"Ask him to the movies Marinette!" Tikki says. Marinette looks up and nods her head.
"Good idea Tikki! Now hide I need to head to class." Tikki laughs and closes up her purse. The history test went really well for Marinette and the rest of the school day was nothing special. As the day started coming to end Marinette started trying to convince herself that she can ask Adrien out. Before she knew it the final bell of the day went off. Marinette goes to meet up with Alya, Nino, and Adrien as they leave school.
"Alright guys since tomorrow we have off we should go find Andre and get Ice Cream." Alya says as they reach the bottom of the stairs. Nino nods his head because he already told her earlier he can go.
"Well since we're off I think my dad will let me go" Adrien says.
"Uh yeah I can go sounds like fun." Marinette says while nervously smiling. Alya smiles and they all say their goodbyes. Alya and Nino head to movies for a date. Adrien waves goodbye and starts walking towards the park. Marinette sighs and slowly starts following him trying to build up the confidence to ask him out. As she's thinking she realizes Adrien went into an ally.
"That's weird Tikki." Marinette quietly says to Tikki. Before she can say anything she sees a big green flash and Chat Noir popping out on his stick heading straight to her house.
"Oh no Tikki!! This can't be, no nit him!! Adrien is Chat Noir!! This ruins everything I can't know his identity, this is a problem."
