Tim's Pov

It's been around two weeks since (y/n) and I met. Boss baby knows that (y/n) knows about baby Corp and all that.We hung out almost everyday,and she's so fun to hang out with. "Hey,Timbo, get (y/n) over her." "Why?" I ask. "I'll tell you once (y/n) is here." He says annoyed. "Alright." I mutter confused. I quickly run downstairs and ask if (y/n) could come over,she says yes. I think she really likes (y/n),and she thinks I have a crush on her cause Mom always raises her eyebrows when I smile goodbye to her.I pull out my phone and text (y/n), 'hey (y/n),boss baby wants to tell us something,so come over when u can,and bring your sister.' I send the text. "Ok,what did she say." Boss baby says. "What? I just sent the text,she hasn't replied yet!" "Ughhhh." Boss baby groans. Ding. I open my phone to see (y/n) texted me making me smile. "(Y/n) texted back?" He says. "How did you know?!" I look at him. The ding it makes is quite quite and how would he know it's not a notification from subway surf or something? "You smile like an idiot when she texts back." "I do not!" "You do too." I check my phone ignoring him so he doesn't see my blushing face. 'Ok,I'll be over in one minute :)' she texted back. Ding dong. I run downstairs to the door and open it to see (y/n) and her little sister in her arms. Her leg isn't completely healed,but it doesn't need a bandage. It just has some dried blood,it might leave a scar but (y/n) doesn't seem to mind. "Hey Tim." She smiles. "Hey (y/n),come in." I smile back. "Timbo!" Boss baby whisper yells. I look over to him and he's pointing up,I guess he wants us to come back up. "I think boss baby wants us to go upstairs." I whisper, "alright." She says,we walk up and into boss baby's room, "Ok," boss baby starts,I know it's summer and all but we need to go on a mission. It's dogs,there getting more love,and there giving out free cute puppies at a convention. But the puppies aren't puppies,they're robots that look like puppies. So they will never poop on the carpet or bark at the mailman,they'll be perfect." "Oh no.." Avery says. "When are we going?" She asks. "Wo wo wo. Slow down," (y/n) says. "How do we get to the convention,can our parents come,how do we pull this off!" (Y/n) says doing that cute nose scrunch. (Y/n) looks at me and gives a quick smile before looking back at Boss baby making my heart do a flip and butterflies in my stomach. " Well Tim's parents are going so if you can join us that's a way we could get there. Are you going with your family? It's tomorrow."Boss baby asks (y/n), "I don't think so,I'm pretty sure my parents are going to dinner that night." She says. "Alright,well Tim,can you try and convince our parents at dinner and when they agree (y/n) can just say they invited them." "Alright,well Tim,wanna ride our bikes to the library?" (Y/n) asks looking at me. "Sure."

                     *time skip dinner time*

                      Tim's Pov

I sit down to dinner,my palms sweaty with worry. "So Mom and Dad,(y/n)s parents are going to dinner and they can't find a babysitter." I cringe at the white lie I slipped in. "So I thought... maybe... (y/n) could join us at the convention?" I say my voice getting high at the last few words. Mom and dad look at each other,like there talking telepathically. "Well I don't see the harm in it." Dad says. "It would be nice." Mom says. "Sure,she can come,I'll text her parents after dinner." Dad says as I bite back a smile.

                         (Y/n)s Pov

I jump onto my bed and lay my face in my pillow. A normal summer. That's all I wanted. Was that to much to ask for?!? Well,at least I get to be with Tim. I feel butterflies in my stomach when I think about him. Maybe this adventure won't be so bad after all...
