Safe and Sound (A Louis Tomlinson Fanfic)

Chapter 23.

Louis's P.O.V.

I paced back and fourth, roughly running my fingers through my hair. I had hot tears streaming down my face, no matter how many times I tried to stop them more just came down. I felt the anger coming inside of me.

"Mate, calm down." Harry pleaded.

"Don't fucking tell me to calm down, when your girlfriend is here and safe! Bloody hell!" I snapped. He took a step back, shocked by my tone. I just wanted to scream, to hit something. My hands formed into a fist and I turned my whole body. I felt my fist connect with the wall, and a loud crash. I looked down at my now bloody hand. 

"Son of a bitch!" I yelled. "I swear to fucking God, when I see this guy, I will ring his neck. Dirty fucking sick bastard." I went to go punch the wall again, but Liam's hand caught my fist.

"Stop." He said sternly.

Before I had time to answer, May came in. "The police are here!" I ran to the door as fast as I can and opened I revealing three police officers.

"Did you find her?" I asked eagerly.

He sadly shook his head, "We're going to need you guys to take the ride with us."

We all nodded our heads before follow him out and heading to the police car quickly so we could go unseen. Me, Harry, May and Paul got into one car. Liam, Simon, Zayn, and Niall in the other car. I took a deep breath, and put my head in my hands, hearing the faint sounds of the police sirens going off.

"It'll be okay, Lou." Harry promised.

I just hope she's okay. I couldn't imagine my life without her. I couldn't imagine not waking up to her head laying on my chest. Not being able to look in those crystal blue eyes anymore. Not being able to run my fingers through her soft blonde curls. Not being able to kiss those soft pink lips, not hearing her adorable baby giggles. Not seeing that contagious, perfect, smile. Just not being with her. I need her. She's my rock, my world. No girl ever understood me the way Gabrielle did. No girl made me laugh, smile, crazy the way she did. She's the only girl that can make me, mad, upset, and still manage to make me love her. My family never clung to a girl the way they clung to Gabrielle, the way they got a long with her. I smile, remembering the way my family joked with her like they new her for ages the first time they met on Skype. (A/N: I didn't actually write about them meeting, just pretend I did)

It sucks, Gabrielle didn't kill Derek, I did. I smashed into that car, taking his life. Me. Not her.

"Lou!" I heard feminine voice say. "Louis!" The voice yelled snapping me back to reality. I looked over at May. "Your phone has been vibrating for the past minute." She said through her own tears.

I sighed reaching into my pocket, pulling out my phone, with my non-bloody hand. I looked at it. 1 missed call. I clicked "listen t voicemail" and put the phone to my ear.

"Where are we going?" I heard Gabrielle's faint voice come through the message. I shot up, everyone asking me "what?" I put my finger to my lips, making everyone stay quiet, then put the phone on speaker. "To a place." The male voice answered. "Well, can you give me the address? One Direction hangs out everywhere in London, you wouldn't want the boys to be here looking for me, do you?" I heard an annoyed sigh, "You know the place."

"Is it Derek's old house?"

"It's not his old house, it's still his."

"He's dead."

"Because you killed him!" The voice shouted.

"Wait, so we're going to 117 Holliday Avenue?"

"That very address."

"So many memories." She said it sarcastically.

"And more to come." The line went dead.

I looked at everybody, speechless. "117 Holliday Avenue! Get there and step on it!" I yelled to the police officer.

Don't worry Gabrielle, I'm on my way.
