It has now been 3 months since Izuku Midoriya's aprtment complex burned down. And 4 months until the entrance exams for U.A. Izuku Midoriya has started to accept the fact that his mother may have died, and his personality has become more cocky and daring. He has also now become more cunning and is less friendly. He has also gained muscle.
*whoosh*
A newspaper flew and hit Izuku's face while he was taking a stroll through the park
"What is this?" The greenette asks himself.
He grabs the paper and and reads it.
Written on the paper is:
/Fortune Teller in town for free. Only available for a week.
Located at : ****** street
Only open during 12:00 Midnight/
"Hm..." Izuku hums in thought
"I suppose I'll try it, I have nothing better to do" again says the boy.
TIMESKIP
Izuku arrives at the address that was written on the piece of paper.
Izuku knocks on the door.
It takes a few seconds until the door was opened and the greenette was greeted by and old woman.

"Hello there young man" said the woman in a creepy tone
"Oh uhh hi" replied the greenette
"Hav-" said the boy before he was cut off
"If you're looking for the fortune teller, why don't you come in?" Says the woman
"Oh ok" said the greenette a in a suspicious tone
"Sit here" says the woman
Izuku sits down on a chair and the woman sits on the chair infront of him. Both are separated by a table with a glass ball on top.
The woman starts to wave her hand over the ball
"My boy..." says the woman
"...You will surely rule the world" continued the woman
Izuku is confused but nods as he doesn't want to disturb whatever the woman was doing
"Pick a card" she says while spreading out tarot cards along the table
Izuku picks a card which was:

"The World?" The boy mutters under his breath
"Ohoho, it simply means that this is the destiny fate has chosen for you. You have power that is yours, AND ANYTHING YO DO WITH IT, SHALL BE YOUR DESIRED OUTCOME. YPU ARE THE EMPEROR OF THIS WORLD" shouted the woman.
Before Izuku could reply, the woman disappeared into thin air and Izuku finds himself in the park again holding the tarot card in his hand.
"Hm..." izuku hummed as he walks through the empty and silent streets.
"The World huh?" Said Izuku Midoriya
"It seems that she was right" he said with a grin.
"This ability is mine. TRULY MINE!" Screamed the boy
"MY ABILITY SHALL RULE THE WORLD!" Screamed the broccoli
"Therefore..." said Izuku
"...when I am in need..."
"...I will call out to you..."
"ZA WARUDO" screamed Izuku Midoriya as-
The entirety of the world freezes for 1 second. BUT, in this one second, Izuku is filled with shock as he finally stopped time instantaneously. It may have been unintentional however, it still happened without any delay during activation
TIME RESUMES
Izuku's stamina drops, not as much as before since he trained a lot...
"It happened..." said Izuku still in shock
"I must achieve it again..."
"I must obtain it TO REMOVE MY WEAKNESS"
" I WILL TRAIN HARDER THAN EVER!"
"I WILL TRAIN TO THE FULLEST OF MY CAPABILITIES"
"WITH THIS I WILL TRULY BE THE NO. 1 HERO..."
"NOT JUST IN JAPAN BUT FOR THE ENTIRE GLOBE!"
Izuku then walks to his hudden paradise with a cocky smile on plastered on his face
While walking he mutters to himself
"This shall be the last time anyone will see me as weak"
