Either you don't have a heart
Or it's way to small.
I tried to get over you
I gave it my all.
But you stay with me
Like the tear that won't fall.
So do you tear me down
To make yourself feel tall?
Maybe you like to see me hurt
You wanna make me cry
And maybe I can accept it
If you would just tell me why
I never played with you
Never even told you a lie
You obviously don't love me
But you won't say good bye
I have no idea what I did
Or why you've come to hate me
But I can't take this pain anymore
Why can't you see?
It's like we're playing
A twisted monopoly
But I lost a long time ago
I've already been beat.
I learned to ignore the lies
You whispered in my ear
About how you'll treat me better
Then the past couple years
When we've moved on
Why drag us back here?
I think it's that being alone
Has become your biggest fear.
