2010 Hayley's POV

This past week Rori and I have rarely slept.

From shifting back and forth from human to wolf and making our final touches to our escape plan we just haven't had time.

Maybe two or three hours at best of sleep.

We have been going over the plan everyday over and over again.

Sneak out at early dawn through the training doors. Rori and I then shift into our wholes and Bayleigh goes onto my back with Blake and Josie goes in Rori. We run and run until we make it far away from Hydra.

We don't know where we'll go but anything is better then living in a cell your whole life like us. No one wants to be here anymore. It's gotten worse since Hydra's greatest assassin escaped.

The Winter Soldier

I've trained with him before and let me tell you something, his metal arm hurts your teeth for sure. Found that out the hard way. Hurt like a bitch.

More guards up at night, less in the day. Enemies usually try to attack at night never in the day. That's why we leave early day. They switch shifts or just leave their posts in early morning.

It is about 4:30 am and the guards are switching.

As one guard goes in we sneak out using the Shadows and dim lighting to our advantage.

Once we made it outside Rori and I both of us shifted into our wolf forms.

Once we were fully shifted Bayleigh, and Blake get onto my back and Josie goes on Rori's.

Just as we planned.

We slow down as we stop by a river. Far enough from the Hydra base.

Rori and I are both turned around drinking from the river as Bayleigh says, "H- Hay- Hayley.. Rori..."

We both turn around at her shaken voice and see a man is red white and blue with a shield.

Captain America

He puts his hand up to his ear and whispers, "guys. I got two big wolves, a teen, and two kids here. What do I do?"

Must be an earpiece.

Rori and I push Bay, Josie and Blake behind us.

Captain America pauses for a second and then says, "hi." Holding his hands out.

"I'm not trying to hurt you guys okay?" He continues on.

I look over and Rori and talk to his telepathically, "you get Josie on your back I'll get Bay and Blake."

"I had the same idea." He says probably smirking if he could.

I grab Bayleigh as she is holding Blake and she gets onto my back getting the message.

Josie sees this and climbs up onto Rori and holds on.

Without another look we take off and run to wherever away from there is.

*time skip*

Both of us shifted back to human after the three younger ones got off of us.

"Where are we?" Bayleigh whispers not wanting to get attention probably.

I look around. Busy streets filled with people, stores everywhere. I've been on missions before here. "It's New York Bayleigh." I whisper to her.

Her eyes widen and she says, "I've read about New York. I've always wanted to come here."
