It's been 10 years since Momo's first year at UA, she has been dating Izuku for 11 years and she was pregnant but didn't want to tell Izuku just yet and they both are now the new number 1 & 5 pro heroes known as "Kagutsuchi" and "Creati".

Izuku had become even more intimidating looking despite being very kind to civilians and other pro heroes, villains however were another story he treats villains like a damn disease, he kills almost every villain he fights and brutally at that.
It has been oddly quiet in Musutafu for weeks and Izuku knew something big was going down and that this was just the calm before the storm.
It was Momo's birthday and Izuku wanted to make it a very special one, he arranged for everyone from her class to be gathered for a surprise birthday party even though Izuku never really was one for romance or stuff like that, he still wanted Momo to know that he loves her more than anything in the world.
He was having fun with her on a date at a very nice restaurant and they both looked amazing and loved every single second of each other's company.

Izuku then took her to the house and opened the door.

Momo began crying tears of joy and she hugged and caught up with everyone and Izuku just looked on with a face of contentment.

Aizawa: So, when are you gonna propose to her?
Izuku: I don't know... There's a lot going on right now, from suspiciously low crime rates to AFO still at large... In all honesty, I don't think it's wise for me to have a family... It will just put her in more danger than she is in already.
Aizawa: I know what you mean... It's the reason I didn't get married.
Izuku: Yeah... Well I think something big is gonna go down soon and it most likely won't be good for hero society.
Afterwards Izuku and Momo made love throughout the night and then went to sleep.
Meanwhile at an undisclosed location in Kamino ward, AFO was sitting in his chair.
AFO: It is time to make society crumble... Kurogiri, initiate protocol: HOKAGE.
Kurogiri then did the Reanimation jutsu and all seven hokage appeared.
