Izuku was sleeping and he was awoken by a phone ringing, he picked up the phone.
Izuku: This is Izuku Uchiha, what is it?
Caller: HELP KAGUTSUCHI!! JAPAN IS BEING DESTROYED BY 7 INDIVIDUALS!!! GROUND ZERO IS ABOUT TO BE KILLED BY ONE OF THEM!
Izuku: *coldly* I'm on my way.
Izuku then put his suit on and got his sword.
Izuku then set out and came in contact with thousands of leaf shinobi.
Izuku: *thinking* So, AFO's plan is to use the hokage and their shinobi to destroy Japan... *speaking* Let's dance.
The battle then commenced, after a heated battle Izuku grabbed a ninja by the throat.
Izuku: *coldly* Tell me who reanimated you.
Ninja: Ahhh... AFO...
Izuku: Thanks for confirming my suspicion. *snaps his neck*
Izuku then systematically destroyed the bodies of the Hokage, and found AFO and they began fighting. In the end Izuku was on the ground and AFO stood over him.
AFO: You are weak Kagutsuchi... I will destroy everything you hold dear, starting with Momo Yaoyorozu!
As soon as he said that, Izuku got up and was fuming with anger. Izuku had unleashed his full potential, he was now... The sage of the six paths.

AFO was scared but he didn't show it.
Izuku: *coldly* If you touch MY WOMAN I'LL FUCKING TURN YOU TO NOTHING BUT ASH!!!!!
they then began their fighting again and Izuku was now nearly out of chakra. Momo was there and Izuku saw her.
Izuku: *yelling with tears streaming down his face as he latches onto AFO(saibaman style)* MOMO, I'M SORRY AND I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU! NINJA ART: GRAND FINALE!!!!! RAAAAAAGHH!!!!!!!
AFO was finally defeated, but at the cost of Izuku's life(or so they thought). Momo, Bakugo, Aizawa, and Jirou witnessed the explosion and the (supposed) death of Izuku Uchiha.
