" - yes, there was a monster! With snakes for feet and she... she was a snake lady!"

"Ma'am, are you sure this lady wasn't cosplaying?"

"Of course, several witnesses and I saw - a crowd saw - I saw that this lady was attacking a child - a teenager in fact..."

          "Did the officers detain her?"

"N-no... the boy... he killed her!"

          "Really?"

"Y-yes, sir! I saw... I saw that he stabbed her where the heart should've been... he, looked like he wasn't scared at all despite being stabbed in the arm."

          "What? Is he okay?"

"I-I don't know sir... he just ran away before the police could question him."

No one could tell whether the male voice sighed due to the witness's claims' anxiousness or disbelief.

"Tell us more about this... monster."

"W-well, when the boy s-stabbed her on the heart she didn't die as any human would've."

         "What happened then?"

"Well... to quote one of the officers she... erm, she poofed into magic gold dust."

         "What?"

"I know, i-it sounds unbelievable but it's true! If you questioned the other witnesses I doubt that they'd deny my statements."

The female voice then mumbled to herself - saying that perhaps this interview was a bad idea after all. The male voice was silent as if he was regaining composure - it was as if he was rethinking the woman's claims as wondered whether either of them is true. The silence was deafening - both parties not wanting to speak of what had happened and not wishing to neither deny nor confirm the possibilities of whatever happened. After seconds of silence, the male voice spoke.

"Ma'am, did anyone record the scene?"

"I... t-think so... but I heard from him that he only recorded a small portion of it."

"What about the boy? Has he been identified in any way?"

"Well, the officers don't really know yet, but they said he matched the features of several teenagers... namely Brian, Judah, Clovis, Kaden -"

The listener turned off the radio - quite tired of hearing the distressed woman's voice and claims, not to be rude to the distressed woman in general but her nervousness had much of an effect towards him that it would be generally fair for him to not go in a state of panic - especially now, that people have seen the things that he has seen. He shakily sighed as he proceeded to make his way out the out of the door - already learning that these technological devices would bring more pain to him than ever as if these devices would somehow call or attract these creatures from a radius into his location - although he isn't aware whether radios are a part of those devices, however, it would be safe to assume that as soon as he uses these devices he would ditch them immediately. He clutched onto his satchel containing various candy bars in varying sizes, an empty walnut with a few coins that he was a little afraid to spend, and a little half-empty bottle of water in which he used to take the occasional sip - he ran as fast as he could. ignoring the stares of the people walking by on the sidewalk - he knew that none of them would ever believe his story that strange creatures are out for blood - to kill him, for some odd specific reason - he mumbled words of encouragement to himself as he dashed as far as he could. He knew that people said that these monsters were not real - but they are real, he knew it, and that woman knew it, and that boy he heard about on the radio - he wished that he could meet whoever he is so he could tell him how to kill one of those monsters - it was no secret that he secretly was jealous of the knowledge he had. He turned to the left to steal some supplies from the market with a straight face - much to his displeasure because he always hated stealing.
