alright, so basically the lifa app is an app that you can use when you're in your DR.
it can do whatever you want it to do.
f.ex.
- show you your script
- allow you to change things in your script
- teleport
- spawn things
- ...
you're the only one who knows what your lifa app looks like because it will look like what you imagine it'll look like, BUT in a book on here called "MCU shifting script" by @whotfislenalol , the creator shows you what their lifa app looks like. that could inspire you and/or give you an idea about what it is.
‼️ remember: you can just pick a few or none at all. do whatever makes you feel comfortable.
