Ever since Izuku got his quirk, everything has gone downhill. In primary school, the other kids overheard the teachers talking about his quirk.
"He is probably going to become a villain, isn't he?"It's too bad he is such a cute kid."We need to watch him carefully so he doesn't get the chance to hurt anyone," the teachers say
The kids start to spread around that Izuku is going to be a villain. Katsuki hears this, and he defends izuku, saying. 'We are going to be heroes together!'
But a couple of days later, a kid in their class accidentally hurt himself with his quirk. Katsuki looks an izuku and sees him smiling widely with a glint of danger in his eyes. It sends shivers down his spine.
He begins to bully izuku as well as he hates the fear he felt from izukus eyes. With the constant praise he gets, he begins to treat him worse and worse, even willing to use his quirk against him.
He started calling him 'Deku', meaning 'useless,' as he could never be a hero.
Izuku never gave up. He started making hero analysis note books, trying to find something that could help him on his path. As time passes, he starts avoiding people, only relying on his mother, who believes his quirk does not define him and that he can be a great hero.

Back to Present Day

Tsukauchi looks down at the girls, noticing one has a small cut. "Ok, I understand, we will need an official statement from both of you. If you would sit over there, we will patch you up while you wait."
The girls look at one another, nod, then go take a seat.
Tsukauchi goes into the interrogation room and looks at izuku. "Hello, Midoriya, right?"
Izuku looks up at him, slightly dejected. "Y-yes, that's m-me.."
Tsukauchi feels a tinge of guilt for the way this boy is treated as he walks over and removes the hand cuffs from him. "I would like to apologize for the way you have been treated till now."
Izuku relaxes slightly, rubbing his wrists, but looks at him confused.
"I-i'm not in trouble?" He asks shakily
Tsukauchi smiles. "Well, officially, I have to say," What you did was reckless. You could have been seriously hurt or worse. ""
Izuku looks down, then looks up with determination on his face. "Even if I was, I would be happy knowing those girls were safe." After a few seconds, he blushes thinking,'That sounded kind of cool.'
Tsukauchi was shocked, to say the least. 'This kid!' He thought smiling.
"Well, that was my official statement," he said, smirking. Izuku looked up confused as he continued. "Unofficially, thank you for saving those girls. I would hate to imagine what could have happened if you didn't act." He said proudly."Ok, we told your mom what happened and that you are perfectly fine. Would you mind telling me what happened? You have no injuries, but that man was beaten rather brutally."
