Joon knew he needed to go, and they had to meet their father there soon. But he didn't want to leave her. He sighed and brushed her hair behind her ear. He turned to Tae, "Let's go before she wakes up, and we both want to stay."
Tae nodded, and they went to the garage to meet the others. "What took you guys so long?" Kook asked with a serious attitude.
Tae just laughed at him. "Get in the car, Jungkook; Queenie is asleep now." They got into two cars and headed to their Dad's. It was out of town on a hill behind a massive gate. They hated living there. Two years ago, they finally convinced their Dad to let them move out; he'd only agree if they lived together.
They pulled up to the Bang Mansion and saw the butler waiting for them. How that dude was still alive, he didn't know; he had to be at least 100 by now. They walked into the entryway, and there was so much gold everywhere that it looked like Donald Trump had thrown up.
The seven followed the butler until they got to their father's office. Joon knocked, and they heard their father yell, "Come in." They walked in, and his brothers sat down on the two couches; Joon stood because his brothers made him the leader. He had three brothers who were older than him, but apparently, his personality made him the perfect leader in their eyes. So he took on that burden. Joon stood there with his arms crossed, just looking at Dad.
"Stop glaring at me, Namjoon. Have a seat."
Joon shook his head, no, and their father sighed, "Fine, have it your way. So we have some issues. Park is making a move in our territory. I can't have that; I want you boys to show him who runs this town. He's trying to take over the Southside. Do you think you can take care of it today?" Joon nodded, and they all got up to leave.
Before they reached the door, he said something that made them stop breathing, "So I heard you took in a pretty little redhead; I found something interesting the other day when I was going through Davis's old things. I found a picture of him with a little red-headed girl. You wouldn't know anything about that, would you, Jungkook? Why your Dad hugging this little girl?"
Joon saw Kook flinch. He was frozen. His big doe eyes were wide open in panic. Joon turned back to look at the man who had literally taken him off the streets. He owed him his life, but Kook was his youngest brother. "I don't know, maybe he had a thing for little girls?" Then Joon put his arm around Kook and walked out of the room.
Kook didn't breathe until they were outside, "Fuck Fuck, he can't know that's her. I've spent my whole life ensuring that no one knows she's alive. Do you think he knows?" He was panicking, and Joon needed to calm him down.
"Jungkook, Queenie did an amazing job covering her tracks; she was so good that even I couldn't find her. I think he suspects, but he doesn't know for sure. She's okay, don't worry." Yoongi stepped up and calmed their little brother. He looked at her with a worried face. He was calming Jungkook but wasn't sure he believed what he said. They would have to be careful, or they might lose her just when they got her.
They drove to the armory and loaded up with weapons. They were going to call for backup, but they decided against it. They moved to where their Dad told them to go, and they saw Lee Park's guys. Joon turned in the van and ordered, "Jin, Hobi, and Jungkook, get into your positions; when they are ready, take out as many as you can."
They nodded, grabbed their sniper rifles, and took off in different directions. "Yoongi, can you take care of the lights and their phones?" He nodded, grabbed his bag, and ran to the electrical box down the street. Joon turned to look at the last two; they called them the twins because their birthdays were so close. They are their goofy ones, the jokester and prankster, but they put a gun in their hands and become deadly.
