2. Midnight teas, and talks

"Your grace! Please take some rest!"

"I don't need any, Larik."

Touya responded as he opened his balcony, he could feel the strong wind blow in his face as he breathed it in slowly. He could see the moon shining the world as tiny stars were around the sky. "Get Keigo for me." The prince simply said, he turned his body around to see Larik, who frowned with concern on his face.

"For what reasons?" Touya stood there, not answering the question until he finally spoke after a few seconds. "Tell him to make some Green tea, without any sugar." The prince spoke as he crossed his arms slightly, he could see Larik bow and walked towards the door even though the room was almost pitch dark.

Touya finally walked on the balcony when the butler left, he doesn't feel very comfortable with new workers like Larik. But what could he say, Keigo isn't a vampire who doesn't sleep at night. He still needs rest as Touya does.

The prince sat down chair by the provided table he wanted and sighed as he waited for his butler.

The door finally clicked open as Touya's attention was grabbed when he could smell the fresh scent of the Green tea. Keigo walked in with a teacup and a kettle filled with the exact tea that was requested. The butler quietly closed the door as he walked towards the prince.

"Your Majesty? I thought you were asleep already."

Touya sighed as the same nagging was constantly heard, but he answered back a little softer than to anybody.

"I... I'll sleep soon." He looked away as Keigo placed the teacup gently on the table when he soon reached Touya, he smiled as he gently poured the hot boiling tea into the cup. "Well, just make sure to get enough sleep, sir. I don't want you to end up waking up late tomorrow morning. You have a special meeting with another castle tomorrow at 1 PM."

Touya sighed as he straightened his back, and took a sip on the steaming Green tea. He sipped as he stared at it, he somehow felt weirdly numb.

"Keigo"

"Yes, your majesty?"

"Come have some tea with me." Keigo was shocked as he flinched slightly, he stayed quiet to process the situation. But soon went to the other seat in front of the prince's.

"I... why exactly do you want to communicate your majesty? You always shoo me away out of your room." The butler said as he sat down with tension, he never had an actual proper talk with Touya for months, or maybe a whole year. All they did were small talks even though Keigo was very close to Touya.

"I don't want you to leave." Again, the wide-opened eyes came back on the butler's face as he straightened his back more. "That's so cheesy." Touya's face immediately turned bright red as he almost choked on his tea, he quickly placed it down and coughed on his sleeve.

"P-pardon?"

Keigo chuckled as he had a great grin on his face, he was tired but happy to have some deep thoughts with Touya. "So, are you really marrying Princess Raeki?" The prince had a frown on his face, the news was told today. How could it be shared so early?

"Yes, but it's an arranged marriage. Nothing too special. Where did you hear this?" The prince asked as he could feel the frown fade when Keigo wasn't too surprised or concerned.

"It was informed around the kingdom and village, people are making rumors around town."

"Hm... I bet. Damn, my father is too fucking open to everybody... it's so fucking annoying sometimes."

"Language, your majesty." Keigo told him as he crossed his arms a little. Touya huffed as he puffed his cheeks into squirrel cheeks, he sighed as he was only telling the truth with annoyance. The prince yawned as he could feel the tears filled up, he quickly wiped it.

"Well, it seems like your pretty tired after that yawn. I must take my leave now as I also shall sleep too. I wish you great sleep, your majesty."

"Mm. See you a little later Keigo. It was nice talking to you." Touya told him back as he could see his butler walking towards the door until...

"Is it okay if I have a good night kiss?"

"Pardon, your majesty?" Keigo said as he stopped walking, he looked back at Touya with a small smirk. Touya looked away and just shown his hand to shoo away Keigo. Keigo quietly walked towards his prince, grabbed his wrist, and pulled him as their lips perfectly touched.

It was a quick peck until Touya wrapped his other arm around Keigo's neck, and pulled him closer and closer until they literally couldn't even touch anymore. It was a hot makeout session for some seconds, but they quickly pulled away as they didn't want to get caught by this secret relationship.

"Good night, my prince"
