The next day

I went to my desk sitting at the computer completely stuck and wondering what I'm going to do. I don't really want to play any games. I kinda just want to talk to someone. But T is busy, I have no other friends really like her and everyone else is streaming. I groaned as I logged onto twitch just to chat with everyone.

I was going to go live but decided I should instead just edit one of my livestreams and uploading it. I sighed thinking about some music ideas. I hummed to myself thinking about some lyrics. I heard knocking on the door. As I went and opened the door not seeing anyone. I raised my eye brow still hearing knocking. I went to the kids rooms asking if they were knocking and all of them said no. I went to Haley and asked if she was and she said no. "Do you hear the knocking?" I asked her scared I was going crazy. "I did but I thought it was you" she said. "Are you streaming" she added as I shook my head no. "Okay well I am, did you check the front door?" She asked as I sighed. "Who would be here though" I asked confused as she shrugged. "Maybe the kids ordered something" she said as I nodded.

I walked down stairs going into the living room and checking the peep hole seeing someone facing away from the door. I raised a brow as I opened the door. "Can I help you" I asked as the person turned around. They were wearing a face mask as she had a book bag. She opened it pulling out a knife. "Bring me Haley" she said as i just stared at her. "No" I mumbled as I shut the door locking it I went to fish my phone from my pocket. But I couldn't find it. I heard yelling at the door as I raced upstairs. "GO TO THE GAMING HOUSE" I screamed going down the hall. I opened toby's door. "Go to the pool house now" I said. "Wait what's going on" he asked confused. "Just go now" I said as I heard the front door being bangs on now. "Call the police and go Toby" I said. "I'm streaming" he said as I walked away going to Alex's room. "Gaming house now" I said. "I'm streaming" he said as I rolled my eyes. "Did I ask" I asked as I heard shots. "WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON" he asked confused. "GO NOW ALEX" I yelled as I went to Vanessa. "Listen I don't care if you're streaming go to the pool house" I said going into her room. "Dad. What's going on. I heard a loud pop" she said shaking. "Vanessa. Pool house. Now" I said going into Haley's office. "End your stream now. Get the kids to the pool house. Call the police." I said walking out. I heard people walking around downstairs not know if it's the kids or not. I sighed "OH HALEY" I heard someone yelling as I sighed. I grabbed a small bag and put all of our money in it that we left in a safe in our bedroom. I found my phone as I called the police telling them what was happening. As I heard more pops. I sighed as I grabbed the bat hoping there was only one person. I went past the kids rooms and saw them gone. I sighed hoping they made it to the pool house. Haley still in her office seeing she's under the desk. "Babe come on" I said as she grabbed my hand as we went down the stairs slowly. I saw the person in the kitchen walking around. "Yeah try the house behind the main house" the person said holding up a phone. I grabbed the bat smacking the back of the persons head. They fell onto the ground. "Holy shit. Are we getting robbed" Haley asked shaking. "No they are here for you. Come on" I mumbled as I saw more people walking towards the pool house. "Wait." I said stopping Haley. I felt something wet on my hand. "Corpse" Haley whispered. "Haley" I mumbled turning around. I saw someone behind Haley as there was a knife through Haley's side. "Holy shit" I mumbled.

"Not again" I added as the person started laughing. Pulling the knife out and stabbing it into the side of her neck. "Haley no please no" I said as she started to fall. "Go check on the kids" she said as I sighed. The person walked off. "Why only her. Why not me" I said as the person laughed. "I have no beef with you" she shrugged. Haley landed on the first persons body on the ground as I started crying. "Haley" I mumbled as she smiled. "I'm okay. Go check on the kids" she said again. "I love you" I said as I held her hand as I kissed it. "I love you too" she barley said before she stopped talking and let her head fall back.

I sighed as I let go of her hand and went to the front door. I jogged around the other side of the house. Going to the back of the pool house making sure I wasn't seen by the three people standing in my back yard. I whipped the tears from my eyes wondering where the fucking police were. I got into the back door as all three of the kids were here shaking. "Where's mom" Vanessa asked. "Everyone hide" I mumbled. "Why do you have blood all over you" Toby asked. "Is she..." Alex asked as I didn't answer. "I fucking said hide. Take this bag and no matter what happens know me and your mother love you all so much and wish for nothing but happiness. " I scolded them as they rushed around hiding. The door got kicked down. "How did you get here handsome" one of them asked. "You are very aware of your surroundings" I shrugged as a smaller girl walked up to me. She touched my face as she smiled. "We coulda lived a good life, when you came to visit us in Florida. You were all I was thinking about and seeing you with that ugly slut you called a wife. God I felt bad for you, oh well I guess" she shrugged. As she walked away. "Before you kill me, it's only us in here. Why not show me who you guys are" I shrugged as the looked at each other than shrugged.

They took off there masks and saw all of them were Haley's old friends. "Why. I thought you all were friends" I asked as her friend jayln rolled her eyes. "Than the bitch left us. We had to do years of community service when she should have been there too." She said as I scoffed. "You...I thought you had a thing for her" I said pointing at her old friend Brock. As he only shrugged. "My knife felt wonderful going into her" her friend Ashley laughed. "Oh my god. Who's laying on the ground" I asked confused. "One of Haley's first old friends. Iris" jayln smiled. "I can't believe, Brock, jayln, Ashley and iris all killed my wife" I mumbled. "And now you" Brock laughed. "Where's your kids" jayln asked tilting her head to the side. "Oh yes. I want some of that Toby kid" Ashley sighed. "Hey Vanessa is pretty cute too" Brock added. "Eh I like Alex" jayln shrugged. "They're in Britain. After you guys came and tried to kill Haley first we all went to Britain. But of course Haley and I came back for some more stuff and you got us" I lied as they shrugged. "Guess we will just wait till they come back" Ashley pouted. "Well....good night, beautiful" Jayln said as I heard a pop and everything went dark.
