A/N: So Angel has disappeared off the face of the earth (not really lol she just can't write for now) for now so I've decided to write another chapter because why not. I'm also going to change my style a bit, so enjoy! Also, a bit of 'questionable' content can be found her so, heheheh.
Mitch's POV
I yawned as I fell back onto the bed, smiling like an idiot. Woah. Jerome slid beside me and kissed my ear. I could feel the smirk on his lips. "Tired?" He asked. I laughed and shook my head. How in the world could I be tired after THAT? He chuckled and hot up and went to the kitchen. I went to the bathroom and got in the shower, blushing at everything we just did together in his bedroom. In OUR bedroom. I got out, flipping off the water behind me. I wrapped a towel around my waist and went to get some clothes.
The promise of food filled the house as I padded to the kitchen ready for some food. On the placemat was an omelet, filled with cheese and crumbled bacon, topped with melted cheese. He sat down next to me with the same thing, sausage instead of bacon. Taking a bite, I moaned. "This is really good, now...what time is it?" I asked. "Eleven," He answered around a mouthful of egg. My eyes widened. "We were doing it that long?" I said incredulously. "Well, you know..." Jerome said, blushing. I laughed at his embarrassment and took another bite of omelet. Yum.

Kandy's POV
I woke up with a small arm wrapped around. Turning slightly so I wouldn't wake the messy haired woman next to me, I looked at her face. She seemed so peaceful. I checked the clock. 9am. We were late. Shaking her awake, I threw some clothes at her and put on some of my own. Crap! I tossed her some socks and hopped into the living room, one tennis shoe tied. After I had grabbed the keys, I was about to go yell at a her but out of the room she walked, perfect from her short, spiked hair down to her laced Converse. I stared at her for a moment, unable to understand how she was not freaking out, but got a hold of myself and jogged out to the car. She kept up with my run with long strides and climbed into the passenger side, waiting for me to start the car. We got to the shop, expecting to see Madison angrily waiting, but the store was closed.
I used my key to get in and looked around. Everywhere there were turquoise and purple balloons, floating over the cleared floor. On a table, there was a small stack of presents next to a very large one. I looked at Mex and smiled. "You...remembered?" She walked up and slipped an arm around my waist, looking around at her work. "It's your birthday. How could I forget?" She said, kissing me on the cheek and running to the kitchen. She walked out with a small cheesecake coloured blue. I laughed as I saw she was also holding two strawberry banana smoothies. She set them down in the middle of a table and went back to the kitchen, bringing back a stack of pancakes for each of us. I smiled and sat down in front of my plate, and she sat across from me. "Thank you," I said, beaming at her. She laughed and waved her hand. We continued eating and making jokes, and I thought, 'This is the best birthday ever.'
We ate breakfast and almost all of the cheesecake, which was amazing. Mex clapped her hands and gave me a big smile. "Time for presents!" She grabbed my hand and pulled me to the table with the gifts. I reached for the large one, but she lightly smacked my wrist and shook her head. "That one's for last." I heard a small noise and looked around, but Meks quickly diverted my curiosity to a small, silver wrapped box on my palm. I opened it and laughed. Inside it there was a charm bracelet, with charms on it already. For each charm there was a tag saying who it was from. I got a teeny Betty from Jerome, a tiny grass block from Mitch, and a small pen with my name engraved on it. I told myself to remember to say thanks to Mitch and Jerome.
A few gifts later, including a new tablet for drawing, a ton of colourful knee socks, and a small glass rainbow snowflake with swirls on a necklace, with a rainbow matching sweater, we were down to the last, and biggest box. She hand it to me and said; "Be VERY careful opening this." I gently opened the paper and found there were holes all over the box. I opened the flaps slowly and smiled hugely. There was a small kitten in it with a certificate underneath. I lifted up the kitten. It was a white kitty with orange paws. I looked at the kitten, and I smiled even bigger when I saw it had one blue and one green eye. Looking at the certificate, it congratulated me on adopting this little kitty named 'Cloud'. It was beautiful. I gently set the cat down and pounced on Mex, wrapping my arms around her and kissing her. "I got you a kitten." She said, patting my back. "You got US a kitten." I yelled, hugging her even tighter.
Mitch's POV
I groaned and and stretched as the ending credits of Hunger Games rolled. "I'm bored," I said to Jerome after a few minutes. He looked up at me. "Well then let's go!" He said. "Where?" I asked, confused. We had no plans. He held up his finger and ran our room. He came back, nothing changed. He put a blindfold on me and led me to the car. I heard him chuckle and we were off.
A/N: OOOOOH where are they going, I wonder? This chapter was nice and long, just for you guys, to sustain you til Angel gets back. Love it? Hate it? Leave me some feedback so I can criticise your criticism!
